I requested an appointment through Yelp and received a friendly text back within five minutes, letting me know they'd be open at 9 AM. When I arrived a little early, one of the barbers greeted me and let me know Ace would be in shortly. The shop has a great 'back-in-time' vibe with a solid music selection. Ace gave me one of the best fades I've ever had, and he also shaped up my beard with a straight razor. The attention to detail was fantastic. If it's mandatory might as well apply it to the overall cost. What about bad haircuts, should we tip for those too? What about people who can barely afford a haircut? After I paid 45 dollars for a scalping I noticed a sign near the door that said if you were unsatisfied you could come back within 3 days to get it fixed. Not sure how they're going to reattach my hair but we will find out.
