As a woman I did NOT get treated fairly though by my employer. Females were treated as inferior and I was not the only employee to say this. Having his daughter-in-law in charge made situations more complicated (Eg: what the Daughter-in-Laws says was truth & nothing I said would change that). There was a period of time when the DIL was babysitting her sister's baby AT the office!! It was extremely difficult to schedule transportation with a screaming baby in the background because she wouldn't lay down for a nap or needed her diaper changed. It was literally a daycare for at least a year!!!! I was let go for something that wasn't my fault or even my department. The office is very disorganized & the owner is arrogant. He doesn't even know the processes to run his own company!! I found the scheduler on his iPad for personal use on multiple occasions during paid company time. This caused issues with the drivers not getting the right information. The equipment (buses etc) is old and needs to be replaced with newer models. It's all about saving money and not how can we service the client better. Most of the "good reviews" are for John allowing his buses to be used for free for good causes. (BTW, he does it also cuz it's good advertising. Words from the horses mouth) It's really sad.

Don't know very much about that company, however I am appalled that this company would have the audacity to be so rude to a new neighbor that has purchase a local tavern next door, and trying to make things happen. They want to charge the tavern a fee of $600 - $800 per month so that patrons can park and enjoy some food, drinks and entertainment. Disgusting way to treat a neighbor, and I feel they can figure out a way to work things out. (Like offer employees a discount off their food bill. What a shame, after all the money this bus company gets every year from TAX Paying citizens to take children to school. KARMA may be just around the corner!! GW.

We took the one day trip to Philadelphia, and it was great. Lincoln was only to provide transportation, but each one of us was given a packet of materials to make it easier to navigate around the historical area- a pleasant surprise! The driver was courteous, and the bus was clean and comfortable. If Lincoln offers this trip again next year, we will definitely go!

I was very happy with my son in law's recommendation. My son in law recommended the value pack of tickets and it was well worth the price. I believe it was 62.50 per person. That entitled us to the battlefield tour in an air conditioned bus, and visits to three other tours-museums. I thought the price was great. Paul Bausermann was our tour guide and in a word- PHENOMENAL!! He was likable, entertaining, engaging, incredibly smart, had a great sense of humor and his timing was impeccable. I don't think anyone could hold a candle to his enthusiasm, vigor, and story telling. I learned so much about cannons, the battle, and those who fought. So many interesting facts- interesting that The Military Academy used to have seniors spend three weeks on the battlefield in order to graduate. Now they don't- what a stupid decision on their part!! Unfortunately I can't recall the name of our bus driver but he was excellent too! He did walk with a crutch and looked ultra professional in uniform- thank you!! He had been a driver for I think he said 50 years or so starting in the 1970's. They made a great team!!! As someone in the safety department, I appreciated his very safe driving! It's not easy maneuvering a bus that size into parking areas or along the road, but he made it seem pretty easy. I highly recommend this touring company. They are wonderful. I especially appreciate the abundant FREE parking!! It is nothing like the mess we have in Jim Thorpe, the money grab, congestion and parking nightmares in Jim Thorpe thankfully are not the case in lovely Gettysburg. I would definitely go on another tour with this company. They don't ask for tips but please do tip if you enjoyed the tour- I tipped both and they really appreciated it. If I could give a billion stars, I would.

We used Elite Coach for a soccer tournament in WV from PA and thank God we used them! Our driver, Cameron, was so pleasant and accommodating. He helped us with luggage, finding a lost phone, getting hotel accommodations after making it to the semis and the finals! He attended the games and cheered on our 12 year olds through every game! A driver from Elite almost killed me due to reckless driving. I am dissatisfied with management's…read moreapproach to the situation and with the recklessness and entitlement of this driver. I entered a marked crosswalk with a green light and pedestrian crossing signal activated, hence I had right of way. Their coach initiated a left turn and would have run me over had I not pushed myself off it and launched myself back from the center lane of a 3-lane street. The driver then waved to me in a dismissive way 2 blocks later. I had flipped him off right before his wave after collecting myself and his explanation, as conveyed by management, was that this was his way of saying "sorry", though it was clearly an "eff you" back in reaction to my gesture (bear in mind i didn't just nearly kill him and in response to my reaction) Management initially seemed concerned about this when I made them aware of the situation. They first escalated it to their insurance company (trying to cover liability, no doubt, in my estimation), but their insurance company said that the footage from the bus's cameras was inconclusive due to glare. Upon that finding, management immediately ceased dialogue with me, noting they've addressed the matter internally (refused to share any color), and that I will not be hearing from them again. This was after chasing them again for over a week from the last interaction. I've not ridden on Elite, but I would advise caution given my experience with a reckless and entitled driver employed by them compounded by management's seemingly lacking commitment to safety and accountability - at least in my view. Though I'd be happy to reengage with management to better appreciate they take this seriously. My offer to speak with them to understand what actions they've taken still stands.

During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations.
