After reporting it to the owner, the owner told them to fix my air conditioning. The service department told me in a text, whining like a child, that they did me wrong and want to make this right. My original bill was near $1700.00. I spoke with them and they told me it would basically cost me nothing to fix the issue. They spent three days until they finally got to my vehicle. I walked in and my suv was finally in the service bay. The service manager called back on the phone to the mechanic while on speaker phone. He asked the mechanic how the suv was doing and the mechanic replied, "What, this piece of shit!" The service manager promptly took the call of speaker and smiled at me. This guy said to me a week earlier that I should have gone with a Ford because Chevy's suck. This is a Chevy dealer saying this to me. I just then thought the man was an idiot. Anyway, my vehicle was a Chevy Yukon and only three years old at that time. What a pleasure having someone work on my vehicle after saying Chevy's suck and the mechanic calling my suv a piece of shit. I feel so confident having people like this work on my car.....NOT!!!! Anyway, the guy calls me up while I am working and tells me my SUV is ready. I said "Great' how much?" He said $1000 plus dollars. Can't remember exactly the number but it was over $1000. I thought they were going to basically do this for free. I just wanted my vehicle and wanted to get away from these thieves as fast as I could. I paid for it via credit card over the phone and picked up the vehicle after hours. Upon pickup, the bill was on the seat of the SUV. I looked at it and the guy charged me a second time for the coolant (almost $500.00 of the bill) after I paid for the coolant the first time when they misdiagnosed that the coolant lines where leaking. DAH!!!!!!!! I shall never return to this p[lace again. Not forgetting to mention, I don't think the two service managers like each other, because the bald one had the other one find a vehicle in the lot and was swearing the worst after asked to do so. Not a place of trust or pleasure. I don't believe there is any honesty here. I was screwed on this one. Beware of these people. Very sad experience I had to endure. Lied to and cheated. I did just that. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 AM and I was waiting in the customer waiting area at 7:40 AM at 2 PM. My truck has still not been taken and back. I went and asked them and they said oh I don't even know if we have the part. I told him I was here three days ago and you have the part and you told me to be there at 7:30 AM and why is my truck not back there yet? It's after 2 PM? they said they'd have to check and let me know if they could even do it that day. This is the most ridiculous situation of a repair shop I've ever run into. Then they took my truck back there at about 230 and at 3:15 came driving back out, and charged me around $600 in labor to install the part. The tech told me would take about a half an hour. Mind you the part was $170. these guys never said I'm sorry or anything, they were total jerks. I called and manager a couple weeks later and they told me that they don't charge by the hour. They charge by whatever some book says should take to make the Which they never told me ahead of time. these guys will pray on you and take you for everything I guarantee it. Stay away and go over to Rexburg or Idaho Falls.

I've called 4 times with somebody saying they will call me back and nobody ever does. All this dealership wants is your $, they will do nothing to help you after or follow up.

A little bit about our experience... I pulled up to check out a couple trucks I saw on the lot. Oakley wasn't there as he was taking a new customer out to lunch. So I went and got my wife and came back right away to wait for him. We sat there and got to know Darrell a little bit as well while waited for Oakley. Checking out the truck with Oakley was a great experience, the Truck was in great condition and was priced very well... the only issue we ran into was I'm extremely rusty at stick. But Oakley was absolutely awesome and took me to an open parking lot in the truck and helped me get all the kinks out of my driving. Overall they were very friendly and thoughtful, we loved how they took their time to take the previous customer out to lunch or to reteach me manual. I ordered specific Subaru optional accessories to be installed which included body side door moldings. Their body shop employee did not bother following the Subaru template instructions for mounting these properly, so the gaps to the door edges are not spaced correctly. Lesson learned here is to never have a dealer install any optional accessories. Order them installed on your new car from the factory so there are no "screw ups" by incompetent, poorly trained Subaru employees that you assume are going to do an excellent job.

I had a van converted into a living space that broke down in Jackson, had it towed to this shop for major engine repair and when I picked it up noticed aggressive issues with the transmission which ended up blowing the 5th gear on a trip to Utah. Come to find out the transmission was mostly drained but never refilled. To make matters worse, these transmissions dont really exist anymore and now I'm stuck with this vehicle that is not operational. When I confronted the shop they decided to go radio silent. I gave them a list of issues that were not present before allowing them to work on my home. Extremely loose power steering bots, A/c system drained but never refilled, broken hood ornament and more. Now because of this shop's incompetence, I'm forced to purchase a different vehicle and have even more distrust for humans. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
