He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved.
