My criteria was for someone who cleans better than me. Cob webs discovered behind doors that remained open. retrieved an item that rolled under the bed and it was covered with dust. I was charged extra for vacuuming steps down to the basement. The nap of the carpet was matted beyond restoration. Can't imagine how that could even happen. Way to expensive for the quality of service. Can't recommend.

All of the people that TCA has sent in have been professional and done an excellent job. They've not forgotten to clean areas, left personal items or taken anything from our home. Ok, the rotation area concept? The crew cleans your entire house every time, but they deep clean a specific area each visit (examples include 1) foyer-hall-bedrooms or 2) bathrooms). Extra attention to baseboards, knick knacks, etc. My home has never looked better, and I love knowing it's always clean, and I don't need to spend my precious weekend time home from my traveling job scrubbing my house. Our communication with the office has been great. I accidentally gave them the wrong house key so they weren't able to get into our house the first time, and they were so nice about it (even though I completely inconvenienced the cleaning crew, which was rude on my part). Our day, Monday, has been a holiday a couple of times this summer, and the office staff has called well in advance to reschedule for later that week. We've had no reason to call and complain but if that is ever the case, I know they will as professional as always. If you're looking for a cleaning service I can highly recommend TCA.

I called up Melissa at Wagner's and asked if there was any way possible she could fit me in. She was able to move some things around and schedule a last min cleaning. The ladies did such a great job!!! I felt bad because it was more cluttered than normal. I was in the middle of bills and a fundraiser etc. I left for the grocery store while they did their magic. While I was at the store...my heart sunk when I realized I had left a substantial amount of cash sitting out from the fund raiser that needed to be deposited. Upon my return and their departure, I counted the money and every last cent was there. I'm so thankful not only for the deep clean, but the honestly of the employees!! Melissa then stated there was a 10 percent late fee for payment not noted in email. Melissa was not prepared to take my payment at end of service threatening me to charge me additional fees for late payment when she was not ready to take payment at end of service is not my issue. I feel they are scamming people with additional charge not stated in email.
