I have had twice yearly termite inspection/spray for many years. Was having rotten wood replaced, had Womack tech come check some bugs, said "yep, termites", sprayed under only area of house. They agreed that they over charged me by $25.00. But I had already paid them $125.00. They said they would refund the $25.00 over charge that day. My realtor and myself have request seven times they refund the $25.00 to my paypal(how I paid them) but they still haven't made the refund. If they will cheat you out of $25. then how much more will they cheat you??? read more

To live in Memphis is to get to know insects more than you ever wanted to. When I discovered ants had begun moving into my house today, I called Womack Exterminators. They sent Jason out within an hour and a half. He sized up the ant problem, determined how they were getting into the house, and found a way to treat them with a minimum of chemicals. That's important to me, because I believe in using organic methods whenever possible. I definitely recommend Womack Exterminators. They are effective & affordable. And let's face it, we're never going to completely eliminate insects in this subtropical environment. But Womack can help persuade them to stay out of your house, at least for a while. read more

We would not recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service and don't communicate with you at all about when they will be servicing your property. But they have no problem taking your money and then never showing up. read more

We have been using Womack for a year now and have been so happy with the service. We have had termite prevention and maintenance and just general bug sprays every 3 months. They even call when your 3 months is coming close and let you know when someone is in your area to schedule your spray. Top notch! read more

02/06/19 After leaving several messages in Jan. 2019, I am still waiting on a call from Marty the owner. I have termites, I have termite damage and I cannot get a return call from this company. We have lived in this house since 1999 and Womack has been our one and only termite/pest control company. Their product seems to work, we have termites/pests. When I get an office worker on the phone, the standard line is "Marty will have to assess and handle". He may be the only employee they have, I do not know. The damage has been assessed, it just needs to be fixed. And with warm weather around the corner, I am expecting the same swarms we have seen before. Womack now seems unable to get rid of something they are supposed to control. read more

At first, Marty did a great job communicating, but once they get in your good graces, they don't return your phone calls! It's a small family owned business and do not have many exterminators, so don't expect them to come out in the time frame they say. They are more concerned with getting your business. Once they have your business, you can hang it up! Termites have totally destroyed my house and they won't even come out. You call them and they blame one another for not communicating with you. I wish I would have dug deeper before contracting them. After signing a contract, I saw some of the reviews online and they are saying he same thing I have been saying. If you look on FB, they spray a house every 2 hours, but you call them for weeks and months and they won't return your call and come up with an excuse. You're not important to them-at all!! Save your money and time. Go with someone who cares about you, your home and piece of mind. Think before choosing them. Update: 6/11/2016 Company has made several calls to me and scheduled appointments that they have not kept. They just set up an appointment and don't call or show up. Owner doesn't answer his cell.
