Stemming from the philosophy that "there's nothing better than your original teeth," I was committed to trying to save my tooth. The problem was getting a provider that shared my philosophy and was committed to it. To be sure, Dr. Passloff took on a risky prognosis, but he had faith in my own commitment and took me on. I just came out of my annual evaluation - now nearly 4 year's past the original procedure. Both Dr. Passloff and I couldn't be happier with the results. I owe this outcome to Dr. Passloff. More risk-averse providers (they're ubiquitous!) would have simply removed the tooth. Thank you, Dr. Passloff, for trusting me and taking me on. To be sure, Dr. Passloff is as professional as they come. He's not into idle chat and I'm absolutely fine with that. If that's what you're looking for, perhaps a therapist would be a better choice of providers, but if you're looking for an individual who upholds the highest standards of work quality, cleanliness, and sanitary working conditions, He's your guy. Here's a tip of the hat to the office staff and assistants also. Their work behaviors are all similar and so obviously Dr. Passloff has chosen each with his own work ethic in mind.

They say that you can tell a lot about a practice from the reception people working there... well let me tell you that they WERE all amazing and funny and very easy to chat with . Jen in particular was adorable. She paired me with Melissa , who did my cleaning and I have to say that it did not hurt , I'm not saying I enjoyed it , but it didn't hurt and it's now three hours later and my teeth feel great ! ( And look a LOT better too ) Melissa could not have been better , she was kind and funny and understood my crazy fear of all things dental ! I never EVER thought I would write a review about a dental cleaning but if you are looking for A FABULOUS place to look after your teeth ... these people are IT!!!

They called on evening Wednesday 22bd, to ask if I could start the following morning. I stated I couldn't due to short notice. But I was looking forward to starting Monday the 27. Due to this they decided to give the job to someone else. I had already jumped through all the hoops and got my offer letter, start date. Did everything correct and they bamboozled me! They are sneaky and if they can't keep their word about a job. I can't imagine all the other things they are dishonest about. Do they really clean the equipment properly, do they follow all guidelines to keep patients safe? Because they obviously don't respect people's time and are dishonest.

On the other hand the office staff needs some very serious training. They have made mistakes with our appointment times, not contacting us when the appointment needs to be rescheduled. But the latest problem and the biggest is that we were overcharged for a service and was told that we will not get reimbursed until they get paid from the insurance company wich they had to resubmit the claim because they put the wrong tax id on the form. Not our fault. This is after I was told that they would mail the check out. I hope the owners of this practice take action on these issues, we Love the Dentist & Hygienists and would like to keep coming there but may have to switch due to office staff.
