I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kruthi Kelur at Onvida Women's Health Center in Yuma, Arizona. After struggling with ongoing pain, she was one of the first providers who truly took me seriously. Because of her thorough care and willingness to listen, I'm now scheduled for surgery in May to finally address what I've been dealing with. Dr. Kelur genuinely listens and doesn't dismiss your concerns. She takes the time to understand what you're going through and makes you feel heard, supported, and validated. That level of compassion is hard to find, and it made a huge difference in my experience. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also deeply caring. I feel confident going into my surgery knowing I'm in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Kelur to anyone looking for a provider who truly advocates for their patients and takes their health concerns seriously. The lady's at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful greeted me when I went in and also thanked me and said goodbye when I was on my way out, been going multiple times as well for blood work and everyone has just been so nice and supportive great customer service all around. I would not recommend this office. I came here to get some information and answers on my recurrent miscarriages, and asked if my insurance was covered and taken. I was told yes, so imagine my surprise when I was billed almost $4,000 because my insurance was denied. Every time I've called in with a question, the front desk seems as though they have better things to do, and the nurses brush off my questions. Luckily, I only visited here from March to May of 2025, but I felt unheard by the nurses and doctors. Dr. Haddad was nice, but he ignored many of my comments about the timing of my cycle and took 19 vials of blood from me at once. Many staff members overlooked my concerns, and I did not feel compassion from them for my past miscarriages. I moved back to California after this and had to call a few times to get medication refilled. The process was difficult, and my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy without my knowledge or any note in my chart for me to check the location. This medication was time-sensitive and necessary for me to keep my pregnancy viable, so the lack of urgency was very disappointing. read more

The worse Doctor. I went to Dr. Brock Amon because I was bleeding profusely and had cancer according to the sonogram and my doctor requested a biopsy. Brock Amon walked into office and lied to me ,said he could not do biopsy that day that he would give me an appt for 1 week I have Blue Cross Blue Shield from a federal employment ,said and lied that I needed a referral and I didn't.That same day I called Mayo Clinic in Pheonix and they gave me an appointment the next day and they did the biopsy . I had Stage 3C endometrial Cancer w metastasis . He should have cancer and see how it feels to be bleeding profusely and in pain for 10 days and lying to patients . I have never needed a referral with my Blue across Blue Shield and Mayo Clinic had no problem with my insurance . He also said that day he was busy . I need 2 yrs of treatment now . Including 5 weeks of radiation . He is lazy and puts patients lives in Jeopardy . He does not care about the quality and about a patient having cancer.Don't go to this Doc. read more

I had the worst experience here. I went in for my annual exam and I had just moved to the area. I was nervous as is, trying to find a new OBGYN. I had Dr. Kruger or Kooger, a short, dark haired young lady. She barely spoke to me, was very judgmental, kept pushing birth control on me. She also hurt me multiple times, after i expressed that she did so. When I told her my husband and I were looking to get pregnant in a year or so with the help of a donor she gave me a judgmental look. She said they had specialists there for that and to come back when ready. Front desk check in and check out staff were amazing, unfortunately my experience in the room was horrific. I moved back to Arizona with my husband back in April and I hadn't been to a women's health specialist is quite a while so I need to find a good doctor. This place is great. My only complaint is the wait time took a lot longer than I expected. My guess was because they were a bit busy and got backed up. My doctor was amazing he made me feel tons better after airing some concerns I had (which turned out were all completely normal). The nurses were great as well very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. read more

Clean facility, friendly staffs, I thought I was in good hands. But they had to send me to a hospital for mammogram and forgot to make an appointment with them for me. I asumme my symptom is not that critical so it could be waited forever. What a relief. Thank you!! This never happens in Japan and if it happens it is never taken so casually. Even if it is a one person's fault, it shall be handled as a fault of the whole clinic. This means a malfunction of their processing system when they can't notice something is going wrong and this could lead to a bigger problem in future. I wonder if they are more of a cosmetic treatment provider. read more

Okay so I really recommend Marsha Keeshler! She is amazing, honest, and respectful. I know there are others there and I've tried Alejandrina Orpineda and she is a bit tough not in a nice way you could say. I highly recommend Marsha! My cousin recently had a surgery she had been doing fine until she started getting an excruciating pain near incision, well its a Saturday and we call hospital to ask what she can do they said to call the clinic , THE DAMN CLINIC does not have an emergency hotline. How is it possible that her only options are to go to the darn hospital. I think its ridiculous there is absolutely no physician available for a time of need like this . It would be GREAT if there was a few more options besides going to the hospital . thank you ! read more

Zero stars for zero efficiency. Every single time I've had an appointment I've waited around to be seen not only in the waiting room but the room itself. Nice staff but what does that matter when your time is wasted like this. I drive 45 minutes from base to wait around for hours. Respect ppls time. I love the assistance that work at the front desk and the nurses/MA's, no nice and sweet! I forgot the Doctors name but he was so knowledgeable and nice! I came to discuss my birth control options and he explained everything in full detail and asked my opinion on things which was great! The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 was because i had to wait 30 minutes to be seen after I showed up for my appointment, but it was fine :) Great place read more

I am an older woman, not of child bearing age. I was treated as if I was a bother. I have had uterine cancer, and need to keep up with my yearly exams. The office was bordering on rude, the staff seemed quite uncaring, especially as I was older. The doctor was nice, his personal MA was nice, but the lady that brought me to the room and took my BP and measured me was brusque, completely impersonal, and made me sign something stating that I would pay for this if-God Forbid-it should be denied by my insurance. I felt as if all that mattered to the staff was the money. In fact, when the woman measured me, I gained 1/2 inch! That is because she didn't take the time to put the ruler firmly on my head. I will take the 1/2 inch, but it illustrates the tenor of the experience. So, if no one minds, I will take my insurance, my money and my poor old body somewhere else. Thanks for making me feel very demeaned in a situation that can do that with little effort as it is. read more

I have never experienced such terrible care as I have here. My doctor has switched my birth control every month with no refills, for no reason. Every time I make an appointment, they make it for the wrong thing and the staff is completely unorganized. I have waited over an hour multiple times for my appointment that I was EARLY to. It's always a terrible experience every time I walk through those doors. read more

My 1st appointment here was with Dr Gogan, 3 years ago. I am not sure why they would have someone on staff that has zero respect for women in general. My uterus was prolapsed and literally pushing out. He told me it was 'not bad enough to worry about'. I rescheduled with Dr Wester, who is now retired and had all the work ups and tests before having my uterus removed and a bladder 'sling' placed. Over all the staff treated me well and now I will see Dr Amon about by bladder and follow up. read more

The office is clean and most of the staff is friendly. The doctors there are nice. The appointments are very short and seems like a factory being graded on how many patients they see per day. This is my first pregnancy and I've had some issues that were brushed off as "being normal." When I moved out of town and began seeing another doctor, I finally found out my concerns were justified. Like I said, the doctors are very nice and have great bedside manner but I felt more like a number than a patient. read more

Women's Health Specialists is the best doctor's office in Yuma. Their front staff is efficient and welcoming, while their back staff (billing, appointments, etc.) are knowledgeable, courteous, and equally efficient. I adore Dr. Vining and completely trust his medical opinions. I am always impressed by how he remembers things we talked about the last time I was there (concerts, trips, etc). He occasionally has medical students training with him, but will always ask your permission prior to allowing them to be present for your appointment. On rare occasions Dr. Vining will get delayed but the staff is great at apologizing (it's often do to women in labor or another emergency so I never had an issue waiting), offering you water, or offering to reschedule if you are in a time crunch. I never felt rushed in an appointment and always felt respected, safe, and well taken care of. They also have nurses available via phone if you hav a question. There is a blood lab on site for any medical tests needed. The records department should put a how-to class together for other medical offices as they are incredibly fast, thorough, and knowledgeable! I cannot recommend Women's Health Specialists or Dr. Vining more. read more

So far I've had to reschedual my appointments almost everytime. This is my FIRST pregnancy and they are making this experience terrible. I feel unwanted. The first doctor I had Dr. Grogan was a class A a-hole. Terrible terrible bedside manners, came in did quick tests that HURT and he was rude about it then left. The next time I came in (2 weeks later) I had Dr. Gasgoholtz she's very nice, very professional and it was an overall great time with her on that appointment, the only thing is Dr.Grogan literally wrote no notes, took no ultrasound, nothing, she basically thought it was my first time In there as a patient, no proof of tests he performed NOTHING.You have no idea how violated I felt. It's been 2 weeks and I had to Reschedual again because she's over booked ... Like that's my fault? Maybe they should hire PROFFESSIONALS more like her so not every women in Yuma will only want her. I'm so upset , this is such a terrible experience. It's literally making me HATE being pregnant. So my next appointment is in another 2 weeks, basically haven't been able to see the doctor for 4 weeks now. I never got a real answer on how far along I am, or expectant due date. It's annoying guessing how far along I am. I wish there was different clinic I could go to but I feel stuck now , overall bad. read more

Honestly I am so surprised there isn't more reviews about "Dr" Grogan. The man is an ass-hat. When I was 16 years old he told me I had genital warts and told me he had to do a procedure to remove it. So he gave me a numbing shot which burned and I cried which made him so mad. Then he did not wait for it to numb and started cutting away. I screamed and cried which made him even more mad and he yelled at me. When he was finished I could barley walk and I went out to the lobby to find my grandmother who could tell something was terribly wrong. I told her what happened and she was furious. We went to see another doctor and turns out I NEVER had genital warts. It's normal skin tags in your vaginal wall that most women have and don't notice. After this experience I heard many more from other women. He tried to schedule a hysterectomy on a pregnant women without even telling her she was pregnant. He cut into my aunts bladder on a procedure with her and almost killed her. He has caused a lot of problems with many more women. So I recommend never ever see him. Other than that I recently saw Dr. Vinning who did a STD check on me. He told me I was positive for gonorrhea and they kept calling me to come get a shot for it but I refused because the person I was with wasn't testing positive for that. So a few weeks later WITHOUT treatment I made another appointment for an STD check. They treated me terribly because I never came back in for treatment he even made a comment and I told him it's because I went to Mexico to get the shot (I lied, again I did NOT get treatment) so test result? NEGATIVE. I called them back asking how was it positive and I did not take ANY ANTIBIOTICS OR GET A SHOT and now its negative? Someone screwed up my results. I tested one more time to be sure and negative. So AGAIN I got a false test result for an STD that I did not have. Giving me another heart attack. The only Dr there that I have never had any trouble with and is amazing it Dr. Amon. Nothing but respect for that man. He has amazing bedside manners, makes you super comfortable, and is so funny. The midwife Julie Dance is awesome she was the one who delivered my son. I liked her a lot, she always made time for you and never rushed you. Always cared about her patients and the baby. Also the two lab tech who is there most days. I don't know their names but they are there every time I go. They are super gentle and kind. read more

3 appointments for my pregnancy. The Dr. wouldn't say anything informative to me about the pregnancy, I didn't receive prenatals, I received no education on my pregnancy or what to expect on each upcoming appointment. On the 4th appointment the receptionist tells me I was supposed to get a new referral. BUT since I receive absolutely zero communication from the Doctor or anyone from this center I was not told this. I literally would go into the room, Doctor does an ultrasound, he leaves the room and we have to show ourselves to a receptionist for a new appointment, the receptionist gives us 0 information. 45 minutes after my appointment time we are told that we have to wait until and hour and 15minutes after my appointment to be seen because they let another client fill my spot. This is the most uninformative OB I have ever visited. I don't know how it's rate #1. We just left and will not be returning. read more

The office staff members are great and friendly made me feel comfortable. Prior to my visit when I had called to setup an appointment. The receptionist mailed me out my paperwork so I could have it ready and not wait long and fill out updated information there. I was out of there in no time which I am a fan to that.
