UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. If your life is in danger they are not going to follow the doctors orders. This is MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE PLAIN AND SIMPLE. On February 14th my doctor ordered imaging for my breasts to be completed immediately. My insurance approved it right away. This facility not once but three times rescheduled my imaging. This most recent appointment I actually drove to and went to the back to start my imaging or so I thought. Yet again they canceled my appointment which left me dehumanized and in tears. According to them they needed all of my medical imaging from Ohio where I moved from. They ordered it however it's not there. Come to find out because I called my doctor crying because I don't understand how an imaging center can revoke a doctors order can do this. Well someone there dropped the ball. All of my medical files have been in the system since January 4th, 2023 and it was sent to them with my order from my doctors office so they never had to cancel my first one. They never had to have me sign a new medical release because again everything has been there since January 4th 2023. This facility is a death sentence to women such as myself that has expedited orders. Meanwhile I start seeing the Oncologist April 3, 2023 and I'm losing close to a pound a day, I was 140 on the 14th of February 2023, as of today I'm 124, and I'm bruising like crazy for no reason that I'm aware of, and I'm getting weaker by the day. If this is not medical negligence please tell me what is. This place is no better than a Natsi War Camp. They have not heard the last of me. Whatever is wrong with me they have neglected to do my tests that are doctors orders and have prolonged the care I am going to be needing. If there's something wrong with you DO NOT GO HERE! This office is not worth one star. I tried for over a month to get an appointment for a Mammogram. They kept saying they did not have the order. My doctor sent it 3 times. Finally get the appointment and they wanted me to reschedule because they did not have my prior record. Called to reschedule with less than 24 hour notice. What if this was my first Mommo ? I refuse to be treated this way. I have the doctor order and am going to find another imaging center to take my money. A simple Mammogram should be routine - they should NOT hold you hotage to prior films. If there is cancer a month or more to get an appointment is unexceptionable. I tried to schedule an ultrasound and the scheduling staff stated the request was written incorrectly by my doctor. RIS had my physician office rewrite the order three times before I could get the appointment scheduled. If you are late they don't tell you that you have to be worked in, if they have an opening. This experience was horrible, I am completely frustrated, my physician office was aggravated, now time is wasted. read more
