They had a machine that allowed me to have the MRI sitting upright without being strapped down inside a tube. It was still extremely loud and narrow, but easier to deal with. The clinic has a small parking lot and is a bit awkward to get into from the road since it's located on a curve. The inside is bright and clean. I only encountered two people, the receptionist and the technician, but both were very kind. They have very flexible hours and scheduled me for a Saturday so my husband could come with me.

However, my testing was on 5/19 and today is 5/29 and my phusician has yet to receinve a reading from RIS! I spoke with RIS this date-and was advised it could be a few more weeks before that reading is completed!!!! Its already been 10 days!!! Poor servic and I will do my best to never return to RIS for anything.

Had to drive there to ask a question! Meanwhile they drew my labs FIVE days ago and still no results. Who gets away with this slow service when you're waiting on results that could be life or death? Shame on them and shame on me for being dumb enough to be back there. One phlebotomist was a witch and another was nice & helpful. Roulette on who you get, but overall experience is a ZERO.
