They do an amazing job with acrylic nails but with pedicure they use the same tools for everyone, because of that I got something bad in my toe I've almost lost my nail. I'm very careful with that. Honestly, this place used to be amazing . The staff was on point, establishment was amazing. Now it's sad to say i won't be coming back here. Last time i came i had an appointment and they started with a pedi, after the pedi they ask me to take a seat to dry my feet. They left me there for almost an hour and a half and had other customers skipping. I think because i was a guy they didn't think i would have noticed that. Finally it was another lady that asked them did they forget about me. Nails came out worse than when i walked in. Having tried a few nail salons in the area I have now been with Wonder Nails for at least a few years. They pricing is very good and they are mostly on time which is important to me. My nail tech Tu is great! He's patient and professional and my pedicures with him last almost three weeks! They have other services besides manicure and pedicure but I haven't had anything else done there so i can't speak on that. They are located in the same shopping center as Publix so there is plenty of free parking. I've never had an issue finding a space. read more

Once I paid and left I realized that the color on my hands and feet were completely off. I was very displeased with this and walked back to the shop and ask if they could fix it. A man there said yes and asked that I come back as they had just closed. I agreed and came back a day later when I was greeted by the manager. The manager stated that the could no fix it that he would need to charge me again. I explained that I was told to come back so that it could be fixed. He became irate and began screaming at me saying you don't go to a restaurant and have them take back plates of you are not happy (yes they do, you are not paying to have shitty service/food) after several minutes of be treated like crap I asked for a refund where he again said he would not do and adding more insult towards me and my friend. I walked out. Don't go here. They over charge and don't look to make sure their customer is happy. Customer services should always be your priority and it's not for them. Came here because of the reviews. Was really disappointed. The lady who did my pedicure cut me so badly I was still bleeding when I left. She cut my nails crooked and filed them badly. She dug into my nails so much my toes still hurt. None of the tools are sterilized and they never sanitized the pedicure bowl before I went into it. I have been coming to this salon since 2011. I even followed them to this new location from their old when I didn't live anywhere close to here. Luckily, I have moved right by it! But they definitely understand your needs and wants for your nails. For instance, I'm a perfectionist so I always notice the little details; they always make sure my nails look beautiful while taking care of them. All this for the price they offer? Pft. It's a steal! I get my nails done every two weeks, I've been to several salons and the only time I've EVER been charged that much (maybe a bit more) was when getting an acrylic refill with gel... Not to mention, my technician completely rushed through me. H looked frustrated and impatient with me even though we barely talked. I would say to save your money and go anywhere but this place. I was warned about this place but decided to try it out. My first experience was ok. Except I asked for matching colors for my mani pedi and when I left in the sun they seemed different. But my second time going was awful. I made an appointment and waited 25 minutes to get seated. I selected my colors for my mani and pedi and noticed the colors I choose again weren't alike and said something to make sure they were the same. After waiting the gentleman started my pedicure 5 minutes into the pedicure he yelled at me for not telling him I had gel on my nails so he could wrap them. I was taken aback by his rudeness. When doing my pedicure he rushed the whole process. The girl next to me was there before me and was still getting a pedi after he was done with me. When he started my gel manicure again he seemed rushed and bothered. He wouldn't let me dry my nails twice as must techs do. When I left I was feeling a bit unhappy. Within two days of my gel manicure began to chip on two nails. Two days after two of my nails began breaking. Never in my life has a gel manicure not lasted more than two weeks. The last time l, the gel color, besides being like 10 shades lighter than the pedi, faded out and it turned to a military green color - from a mauve! And today when I called the technician that does my nails, Marta, told me that she can't no longer do my gel mani pedi because "you're too demanding and I'm less tolerant"...really?!!! You've got to be kidding me, I pay for service so I ask for what/how I like my nails to be done, and that's being demanding?!!! She complained that I asked her to do too much, that she takes 2 hours with me. Well, if she doesn't cut what I ask then I have to do it at home, that's why you go to a salon, so you don't have to do it yourself!!! anyway, I wished her luck in her job and a good life! The manicurists are great and they would be better in a location that had good paint and took into account that ppl make appts at times that they can, often with a VERY BUSY schedule. It has been a negative experience with regards to nail polishes put on my nails that change colors due to being diluted to make them last longer..also the management there does not understand how to treat their clients...rude and not accepting that the 1 bottle per color that they have, is not good. Don't usually write negative reviews , as I understand every employee here needs their job, but I would not recommend this location to anyone!
