They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!

My very first night I pulled into WA I was almost home and freakin SIRI got me lost! It was 4:30 in…read morethe morning. I had pulled on to a gravel road in a neighborhood and had lost all my sense of direction. I had tried to do a u turn when SIRI suggested it but then thats when I swung too wide and got stuck in a ditch on the right side of the road. I was so upset. But luckily Brandon from Chico towing came to my rescue. He pulled me out and gave me over the top customer service. He drove me all the way out to a main road and gave me the directions to get me back to a familiar area. Thank God for Chico Towing is all I can say. I've had 2 bad experiences with this company and same driver every time. On dec 16,25 they showed…read moreup to tell me which was through my insurance. So they were assigned to me, the driver jump started my car so I told him that I would drive it home where he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be paid so I felt bad and had him tow it anyways. Come to find out once talking to my agent he would have got paid it just would have been a different payment for the different service especially since it says roadside assistance on their website and their truck. Then on January 6th, 26 the driver said we had to push the car out of my driveway to get it on the flatbed which made no sense because it's all wheel drive and he could have easily pulled it up backwards. I helped push my Buick which was very heavy to get it onto the truck once it was on the truck the driver had me use the lever to move the Munch down as he hooked it up to the car had me use the level to pull the car back up onto the flatbed. Once it was on the flatbed at an angle he had me climb into the car to put it in park do the emergency brake and get my keys. Mind you it was slushy and snowing out I could have seriously got hurt and I don't know how to do the flatbed considering it's not mine and I'm not certified in anything. And then once the car was attached to the tow truck he proceed to ask me for 20 to $30 because the insurance company doesn't pay him to push the car out of the driveway and it was very hard work. Not to mention I helped him push it out of the driveway and did all the work to get the car up onto the flatbed. Do not use this company !

I called at 9:00am they were supposed to be at my house by 11:30am then they had an emergent towing (do they only have one tow truck!?) So I waited another hour. Then they call my warranty people saying it's an extra $45 to tow it because it needs to be on a dolly which is ridiculous that they didn't mention that earlier. I could've just used my triple A. But my warranty people said they would pay for it so I was like ok. Then they say at 12:50 it'll take another 45 minutes like really!? Then I get another text from SK towing says it won't get to me til 5:17pm!! I took a day and off rented a car to get this done! No integrity business. Give the run-around. Use another company please.
