I found Emily on Yelp and she messaged me back very quickly! She is so sweet and yet so professional at the same time. I told her my vision and she showed me sample colors and different type of flowers. I told her i want it more rose forward with mixed of other flowers and silver dollar eucalyptus. Throughout the whole process, she updated me by sending her progress, asked for my opinion on different type of flowers, if the shades of pink were correct and so much more! Emily is so passionate in her work and it for sure shows. Her work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Her and her team came early to set up for the ceremony. My sister's wedding was originally planned for 2020 but occurred November 6th, 2021. We meet Nida…read moreat a bridal fair in 2019 and she was giving a special when you place a deposit, which we did. We (sister, her fiancée, my mother and self) met for our consultation for the flowers and invitations shortly after the bridal fair. When covid hit we had to move the wedding to 2021. We kept in contact with Luxe and was difficult due to responses from email to weeks to return. Approximately 7 months before the wedding we had sent our guest list and photo for them to create save the date. We had difficulty getting responses through email, phone and text. We had a deadline to get them out due to our of country guests. They missed our deadline and then charged us fedex overnight charge so we could obtain the save the date and envelopes to get them out to our guests. After arguing with Nida for the charge she cash app us the cost back for fedex after explaining they were late. Every time we spoke she used the excuse that due to Covid and obtaining another job she didn't have time. We asked for a refund and would find someone else that could accommodate us. She apologized and said she would make sure everything from here on out would be done in a timely manner. Well that was a lie, we asked for a sample of our center pieces and she sent pictures that were not what we wanted and then the invitations had errors. We had difficulties trying to get ahold of her and updates as the wedding got closer. When I finally received a copy of invoice I noticed they charged more for center pieces then stated and double charged on other things. When I went over invoice she over charged by almost $500. Instead of trying to get a refund we asked for a bridal bouquet for pictures. The week of the wedding my mother and I made our final walk through of the venue (Los Willis, Fallbrook). I spoke to the wedding coordinator and she informed me that the florist (My Luxe) had not returned her phone calls or email asking for a copy of their insurance and an arrival time. I called and text with no response. The day before the wedding Nida called informing me that they will be there at 10am and she emailed insurance. I was very angry that the lack of professionalism and rudeness of her. Day of wedding when we were getting ready I received a phone call from the venue that they had not yet arrived and it was 11am. I called and text to find out what was going on and she informed me that I needed to relax and she would be there soon. It was not until 11:45am and she was rude to the wedding coordinator. When I went down to the venue to check on everything the coordinator informed me that she was directing her to leave the escort cards spread out on a table and we wanted flowers in different places. Now I am fuming I explained to the coordinator that I had a board for guest to read and the escort cards go at the tables and then corrected the flowers. During the wedding my mother learned that the guest at her table had used this company also for her wedding and had a horrible experience with this company. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure others do not. I have never been treated so rudely and seen a small business act so unprofessional.

Finishing Touch added the perfect amount of flowers along the aisle and at the altar without taking away from the natural beauty. The number one thing (when it came to decor) that I wanted for our wedding was ceiling drapery with fairy lights and Finishing Touch DELIVERED! They are a preferred vendor of our venue (Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens) and the only vendor that the venue allows to hang things from the ceiling. We met with Brandi in the showroom to look at different centerpiece options, candle votives, flower options, and fabric colors. She was attentive and listened to everything - even picking up on things we didn't say but ended up being important. Brandi picked up the tone in the room very quickly when she asked about boutonnieres for the fathers and we said "just father of the groom". She suggested making a memorial boutonniere for my dad (father of the bride) and I loved that idea so much. She made every effort to tie the details together meaningfully and never pushed more expensive options. They had already started setting up when we arrived at the venue on wedding day and I was AMAZED. It was even more beautiful and magical than I had imagined! The centerpieces were fresh flowers and were gorgeous. The stairway and other flower accents were silk and they were a PERFECT match with the fresh flowers. So many people commented on the fairytale feel and how pretty the flowers were. We decided to have our flower girl's flower crown be made of silk flowers instead of fresh so she could keep it. It was beautifully crafted and made my flower girl feel like a princess! I drug my feet on getting my bouquet dried and pressed after the wedding and didn't get to it until about 4 days after. The person I went to said that usually flowers are a total loss at that point, but that she could tell I had an incredible florist because my flowers were still almost perfect! Using Finishing Touch is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They made my fairytale dreams come true and I felt like a princess!

They were provided very detailed instructions for everything that day. They did not have enough chairs at the ceremony, did not pick up around the area where my bride and I stood for the ceremony so I had to pick up trash and tools and throw them to the side, seating assignments were incorrect so I had to tell them to fix them, one of them was standing in the background of every photo and video from our grand entrance, and they failed to load our wedding cake at the end of the night (so much for enjoying that on out one year wedding anniversary). They have since not returned any calls or texts. I called them Friday and they told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me, even though the number I called was from their contact details. I would not recommend them to anyone.
