The crew worked hard and efficiently, brought their lunch so they weren't off long for that. I respect anyone that works hard and there were 5-6 men working to get my tree safely cut. Only thing negative is they broke a small ceramic pot and never told me and they moved a heavy table without putting it back. I caught the foreman and had him collect the shards of pottery and move the table back. I contacted 4-5 companies over a week for quotes, knowing availability, professionalism, service, and cost would vary across companies. I was able to schedule the initial quote with R F Trees with ease via text and they were very flexible with my schedule, responsive, and very communicative in coordinating - From coordinating the time, messaging me when Tony was on his way, and when he arrived (2minutes early, at that!). The quote took 15min, and Tony provided a written quote as well as current dates his crew could be available. As a female homeowner, I dread getting estimates for projects the same way I do when I take my car into the dealer for service...However, Tony was professional, provided a fair, reasonable, and comprehensive quote, and was genuine throughout. I told Tony I was getting quotes and would revert within a couple days. Tony was the most professional of the companies I considered, from a really cool and professional business card, to the comprehensive written quote, to his open and consistent communication throughout the process.
