Their focus on mindfulness as well as artistry is super different than any other studio that I've ever been to. Saffron is the most amazing yoga, aerial and movement teacher, not to mention the most adorable, kind, funny and caring person! I haven't met Amy in person yet, but her effervescent personality, knowledge, kind and positive demeanor, skill, caring and supportive nature are outstanding. They form a truly amazing duo. I am in the middle of an online YTT with Saffron and Amy and am loving every moment. The coursework is carefully developed with personality and flare, they truly have created a brand that knits together the concepts of yoga, circus and positive psychology in a way that connects the dots, The CircAsana YTT encourages a deep understanding of all of these topics, showing that they are so interconnected and complimentary, and reinforcing of each other.
