Spent 151 dollars for four people and the only enjoyable part was the brief upstairs part that had cool art pieces and illusion stuff. I think this place is very fun for small children, but it was also very crowded because of them. I wish online made it more apparent this is for kids and not just an illusion museum for non locals. The bridge with the spinning roof was also under construction. sad.

First and foremost, our kids had a great time. I have my opinions, of course, about the price. But I was impressed by everything they had to offer. Our almost 3 and 5 years olds had a lot of fun and were able to but their energy to good use. It's a great time killer bonding activity for the family.

Day outing with a friend. We didn't even know what this place was, just stopped in because it was "upside down" lol WW is like a playground for kids! and Adults :) With physical indoor activities, and hands on activities to learn about the weather, electric, space etc. You had to Wait in line for "most" of the rides, so be patient

This attraction is amazing, fun, very well priced! For the price of the ticket you have free rein of the entire place. The rides, rope course, simulations are free with a purchase of ticket! They have actives for all ages, spend 3 hours in this place and had an amazing time! I enjoyed the theater experience, my fiancé enjoyed the roller coaster ride. (Rides do have a weight limit and they weight you for every ride). Employees were all nice and informative and over all pleasant. Would totally recommend to anyone!

Amazing amazing amazing! Great attraction that has some displays that will absolutely stun you and some rides and 3d movies that are well worth the visit. Very interactive and will keep you busy while you are there

I'm 23 and went with my parents while on vacation. We spent hours inside and got to go on one "ride". The lines were long and the employees move very slow. It's definitely a place for middle schoolers/tweens and their parents. Spent $35 dollars a person for a very boring time. Wear sneakers if you go because almost everything doesn't allow open toed shoes. They weigh you on certain rides so if you're weird about that, don't go.

While many compare it to Disney World, I don't think the overall experience is on the same level, even though Dollywood may actually have more rides. The biggest area needing improvement is parking. It took us nearly an hour to get into the park because traffic was backed up and all cars were directed into the Splash Country parking . We had to exit, re-enter, and ask an employee to open the cones so we could get into the correct entrance. Having separate, open (not closed with cones) clearly marked lanes for Dollywood and Splash Country would make the process much smoother. Simple fix . I also recommend upgrading to Preferred Parking. The standard parking tram lines were very long, while Preferred Parking lets you park much closer and walk straight to the entrance. Another improvement would be adding digital wait time signs at each ride. None of the rides indicated that so you could be in line anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours ! Having to open the app each ride and scroll through a massive list to see wait times in the heat isn't very convenient. Wait times on the app are also not available remotely as with Disney so you could properly decide the right time to go , can only can be seen when you are in the park. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and may return.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking, as the park is divided into several themed sections, each with about four or five rides. Parking costs $25, so it's something to include in your budget before you arrive. One thing to know before you go is that if you want unlimited fountain drink refills, you'll need to purchase a refillable cup. The cup costs around $30, and you must scan it each time you refill your drink. One of the highlights of our visit was exploring Dolly Parton's museums. They were beautiful, informative, and gave us a deeper appreciation for Dolly's life, career, and accomplishments. I left the park a new fan! We spent about six hours at Dollywood and still didn't have enough time to see everything. There's so much to explore that you could easily spend an entire day or even two there. We didn't have a full meal while we were at the park, but we enjoyed several snacks, including churro fries, a pretzel, and nachos, which were all tasty. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Dollywood to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly destination. Just be sure to wear comfortable shoes, budget for parking and drink refills if you plan to purchase them, and allow plenty of time to experience everything the park has to offer! There are a lot of roller coasters if you like roller coasters.

So my kids went on the coaster and I watched and took photos. Then recently, I was forced to visit Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster for a work trip. It was either ride the dang coaster, or irritate the people who set up the trip, so I went. Holy cats! Alpine coasters are super fun! You kind of feel like you're going to fly off the tracks during the ride, but you won't. It seems safe enough, and the ride goes by so fast (it's definitely less than 10 minutes). Before you know it, you're done and wish you could go again. (I didn't, but I'm sure kids would.) You can control the speed, which is nice. At one point, I was feeling wild and crazy, and let it fly and zipped around the track at full speed. I visited with a small group on a weekday, and there was zero wait to start riding. I was disappointed we weren't informed of this before purchasing. Our dinner at Clifftop restaurant was sub-par. I'm leaving this review at 4 stars since I know many people rave about the sky walk (we weren't able to see this so I'm unsure) and the kids play area was super fun. My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging.
