Really good for the kids, young & old. There were lots of things to do! My favorite was one where I sat in pretty comfy chairs with a foot rest and felt the simulation of a nice cool tornado! They had actual rides that the kids made me get on with them that turned upside down. I felt safer than the roller coasters in Dollywood bc I knew I was close to the ground! The 2 upside down rides made my shoulders hurt but they were pretty cool. read more

This place is GREAT!!! People of all ages will have a blast here! There is truly something for everyone. We took all three kids (10,14,16) here while on vacation last year and they all loved it. They all want to go back. Bed of nails, giant bubbles, ropes course, earthquake simulator, hurricane force winds... Free parking in their own lot. Our son was so excited to go to wonderworks for part of his birthday fun. We arrived at 3p (they're supposed to be open until 9p) to be told they were "probably going to close early" when I inquired as to why and when, they said it was due to the rain, and they didn't know when they would close. Wait. Hold up.....so it's a risk, you're saying you could Close in five minutes on a whim if you would Like, or you may stay open the whole time, or you may give us two hours.....so we drove two hours for my son for a chance at nothing (checked online and they hadn't posted jack squat about it either.) multiple things we went to play weren't working, and the one ride that we were excited about "wasn't working" keep I. Mind there were two workers "manning" it but they were telling people this. Floor was leaking at laser tag. Overall just a waste or money. read more

We were just there earlier this week and thought it was an interesting and unique place for sure. I would agree the place could use some TLC but we spent about 3 hours entertained in there. There was no line at all for the ropes course (and no extra charge either) so both of my girls did it although they did not feel very safe. Overall, it was a good experience although I do agree the price is a bit much. read more

Please do not spend your vacation time here. We bought our tickets online ahead of time, and we were still forced to stand in a massive admission line that was being manned by only two employees. Once we finally got inside, we weren't able to enjoy any of the exhibits because the place was incredibly overcrowded and mismanaged. The exhibits need updating. Things don't work properly. It's terrible. I feel like I threw $170 in the trash. read more

On Friday January 25, 2019 between 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, I was a chaperone for West Hills Elementary Class. Even Though My son is now in the 6th grade, I was in awe on how all the 4th grade teachers was parents/teachers to every 4th grade student on this amazing field trip. Every 4th grade teacher from West hills Elementary school treated each child with safety and caring if it were their own children. The entire staff at Wonderworks located in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, went out of their way to make sure that every student had a fun time learning new educational science and space on hand experience. Toni from Wonderworks at the astronaut training challenge the "Gyroscope" made sure every student was safely buckle in with a warm friendly smile. Thanks Wonderworks for providing amazing safe school science fun learning experience on this special field trip. And to every 4th grade teacher at West Hill Elementary, as a parent with a child in school I was so very proud of each and every one of you for going above the moon to provide a safe trip for each student. read more

It's a decent place to go for activities for your child. Only reason I gave a 4 was because they let in a lot of people while we were there also too many. Need to have a limit. My child also has adhd so she got overstimulated there. Had to leave cuz she had a meltdown. read more

Great place to visit with the kiddos for a few hours. I DO NOT recommend going midday. Best times to visit are either right at opening or within a few hours of closing. My daughters and I really enjoyed the rock climbing wall and the space course. The other attractions were nice too but we spent so much time waiting in mine that we weren't able to do everything in a reasonable time. It is a little on the pricey range considering the offerings but it is worth a try, especially on a slow day. read more

I'm shocked there is a few complaints about it not being for adults. I'm 29 my husband and I, plus our parents all went. So 6 grown adults and we had the times of our lives. The bicycle thing, I was laughing so hard I was crying! The only thing I would pass on was the 2 person roller ride, and the earthquake thing. Other than that we had a blast, even the employees were joking around with us! Heck the kiddy corner where you could color the dinosaur and it scared it into the show, was so awesome!! Now the rope thing. Was a blast too. I mean I literally have nothing bad to say, the power went out and so we didn't get to do the lazer tag, but I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Fun for all ages. Went for spring break with a friend we are both 20. And had the best time.

It's fun, but not when it's packed on a rainy day like I went on, there's plenty of stuff to interact with and even ride on, there's a rope course that's pretty awesome, it's definitely a place that everyone can enjoy. I totally suggest going here on a sunny day rather than rainy. The reason it's not five stars for me was just the experience, there's too many people that are let in and lines can get crazy long. I was looking for something interesting to do while in Pigeon Forge with our two nieces. After deciding on a visit to WonderWorks and not sure what to expect we were all pleasantly surprised. There was something for everyone here. Exhibits were very hands on and informative as well as fun. We had a great time experiencing everything we could although I was a little disappointed at missing out on a couple of things because of their weight limits. This was really a good fun experience. We were there mid week and out of season and were not bothered with crowds and having to wait in line anywhere. This really added to our overall experience. I can imagine at times there are so many people here that our own experience would have been very different in those circumstances. read more

Great place to bring the family or out of town visitors, but once you've been here you've kind of seen it all. I wish there was an occasional change. I've visited every couple of years since 2009, and I've seen no notable updates or exhibit changes other than the art gallery. It would be great to get some fresh activities! Depending on the package purchased, WonderWorks runs you about $30 per person, so things can get pricey pretty quickly. We've had not so great experiences with the food each time, so be sure to either eat beforehand or pack a lunch. As far as the good: The ropes course is amazing! The wait is loooong, but worth it in our opinion. We also always make sure to get a game of laser tag in, as they have a surprisingly decent glow-in-the-dark course. The VR roller coaster is pretty neat, and the pedal gyro ride is one of the best given the short line. My pro tips: plan accordingly and visit on non-peak days. The very best trips here have been when school was in session and there were virtually no lines! Also, be on the lookout for discount days or package deals online. We've been able to score BOGO deals before, which made a significant dent in out total. read more

Well I was charged for 8 tickets instead of 4, showed them my app on my phone where I was charged double, they basically called me a liar so my bank had to dispute charges. The lines are so horribly long you can't enjoy anything, half the attractions was down and it was a 2 hour wait for the rest. It definitely was NOT worth the money, I could of took my kids to the local museum to do the exact same things for less than half the price for this. We definitely will never waste money on this "attraction" again. read more

The outside of the building sets you up for a fabulous experience but once you get inside it is just so-so. The whole aesthetic outside is very cool with everything being upside including the trees. The place is very crowded and going there on a weekend it was wall to wall people. The staff is hit or miss when it comes to being friendly and helpful. Plus there is not a lot of staff through out just at the interactive rides. It does have some cool features such as the bed of nails, earthquake experience, pedal bike that goes in a loop, and a large bubble blowing area. When you exit there is an arcade and I find it convenient they exit you out into the arcade. I am sure this is because they want your kids to beg you to play games.We said no and kept walking. It is one of those places that is a one and done, no need to visit again. It is a little pricey so if you are wanting the wow factor this might not be your cup of tea. read more

So, me my husband and daughter went, spent $90, we got there a little after 430PM to find out that the space walk and the rope challenge were both closed-apparently they close them at 430, but no one told us that, of course. So, after paying that much to get in, we find out that all the other fun things to do in there cost even more money. I will not be going here ever again! Total waste of my time and money! We went here on a rainy day. It was expensive for a family of three. It was crowded which added to the misery. Even our seven year old asked that we never go back. It was stanky (not stinky...yes, stanky). The carpets were smelly. The decor needs cleaned and needs updating. There were lines and not enough staff. Many of the attractions were not running. The kids had been asking to go to WonderWorks for months since they saw the one in Panama City Beach. A rainy day in Pigeon Forge seemed like the day to finally go to WonderWorks. They were telling people in line that only two exhibits were closed due to COVID-19. They did not tell us which two but that seemed like it wasn't much. The problem is they have so many broken exhibits. I was very shocked at the state of disrepair of so many activities. The kids still had a good time but for two big activities closed and a bunch more broken then the price was really not worth what we paid. We also did not know that laser tag was one of the closed exhibits. We walked up the steps to do our free game and the lady was very rude. She acted like we were trespassing and said we knew it was closed. She refused to hear or believe that we did not know. It was a little much. I doubt we will go back because of the state of disrepair which is sad. read more

Wonderful fun at Wonderworks. We visited this place twice on our Spring Break Vacation for our 4 teen grand kids. We had an amazingly terrific time. I did things that I've never done before. I could visit this place again and again. The Space Sky Walk was fun, the upside down bikes, the art was amazing. We even enjoyed the bubble factory and we are in our 40s and 50s. It's best to come first thing as it gets busy during school vacations and the lines can take far too long. The employees are all so super nice and fun that I didn't dock a star, but decided to plan a little better. We arrived at 9 am one morning and it was perfect. One of the best fun places I've taken the kids to. The Magic Show was enjoyed by all, as well. All made for memorable experience. They surpassed over and above in customer service. We lost an item and they went out of their way to return. Love this place!! read more
