This tardiness won't be a one-time issue, it's every, single time so it must be a policy. This office has not respected my time in the 5 years I was a patient so don't expect them to respect yours. Today I'd just had enough and I got up and left the practice after the wait past my appointment time was stretching past 45 minutes. It was hard enough to get an hour off of work for the appointment so, when the staff clearly has no intention of sticking to your appointment time, or book 10+ people for the same appointment time with only 2 doctors on site (the case today), I'm just done. I'll take my chances that my retinas will continue to be fine as I can't have my job threatened AGAIN over this specific office's policies.
