The opposing party made a circus of the lawsuit, submitting wild accusations and false evidence. We live in the age of technology where anyone can literally fabricate a FB account, make FB posts and send text messages disguised as someone else. The opposing party submitted a lot of claims that were irrelevant to the case at hand but used it as fuel to set the tone for a false narrative of character more than anything else. Greg never argued these claims. He never even petitioned to the judge that if such claims would be submitted, that witnesses should be called to testify their authenticity and their claims. Greg lost to an attorney who didn't even know how to file paperwork for a federal case, that should tell you how passive he is. We clearly explained that our case was time-sensitive and that we had a court date in less than two weeks. Mrs. Rosche asked us to send her additional information and said she would review it and send over a contract within two days. Four days passed with no response. I called her office and spoke with someone named Mariano (I'm not sure if he's a receptionist, assistant, or paralegal). I explained our situation and asked for Mrs. Rosche's direct email so I could follow up, but he said he couldn't provide it -- even for existing clients -- and that appointments could only be made online. The earliest available slot was three weeks out, which was far too late given our deadline. The only option he offered was to email him so he could forward my message to her. I followed up by email that same day, but never received any response from Mrs. Rosche. Fortunately, we had reached out to other attorneys, otherwise we would have been left completely stuck. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from this firm.
