They give you a suite number but you don't know that until you get in the wrong building. The inside of the complex had a lot of space and place to get a snack and to sit and rest before or after your appointment. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I asked plenty of questions about where I would need to go when I come back for the doctor. I went to the imaging department today. Turns out this is on the other end from the doctors office.

And in today's political climate surrounding reproductive rights, I wanted to someone who give me my options for how to navigate without judgement and based on science. I found Samantha Bleull, MD. Her office staff was fast and efficient and welcoming. She was on time and I didn't have to wait. She was down to earth and really explained all of my options in detail. I am a hospitalist, but my speciality is not women's health or reproductive medicine, so I appreciated that. I was able to walk a few feet down to the breast center and they were nice enough to fit me in for a same day appointment for my mammogram. The front desk staff were so funny, congenial, and really lightened a day that could have turned stressful and heavy. The offices are clean and well lit. It is a LARGE space and could be perceived as overwhelming by some. There are several Vanderbilt specialities housed in this mall-type complex. There are several open waiting areas. A vending machine area with snacks, drinks, microwaveable foods, and microwave meals. Parking is a little hectic, but I didn't have much trouble finding a space. If you have more than one appointment, it is situated in a shopping center with several stores, and are near several restaurants and antique stores.

I tried to research the clinic but there was very little information on the website. I have been…read moreto many clinics so I decided to go despite my lack of information since it had such good reviews. I arrived at 5:40pm for the 6p-9p clinic hours on Tuesday. They are only open 2 days a week and I could not wait until 12p Saturday. The parking lot was full, no parking spaces except one handicap space. The other handicap space was taken by a moped and the space between the handicap spaces where wheelchairs are unloaded was blocked by a car parked there. My sister pulled out of the parking spot the car out so I could unload my walker because the car blocked me getting my walker out. Unfortunately the car blocked the wheelchair ramp as well so I had to pick up my walker and put it on the sidewalk. Which speaks more to the clientele of the clinic than the clinic itself. I walked to the door that was marked clinic entrance but was told by a volunteer that the other door was the way into the clinic. And she took the time to walk me down there instead of just pointing. I really appreciated that. The handicap spaces were down from the right door so I walked down to the right door. I entered the clinic to find it completely packed, no seats available. I signed in and sat down on my walker. The waiting area was clean and quiet. There was a water cooler and a bookshelf for children's books. It was a very nice waiting area. After 20 minutes I was called to the desk and asked why I was visiting. I was then informed I needed an appointment. And that they could not make me an appointment because they were not accepting new patients. I was disappointed. Another volunteer came out and said that if I left my phone number that she would call with clinics that were income based. I thought that was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I give 4.5 stars because the business webpage should have been more informative and it would have been more helpful if the desk staff already had alternate clinics on hand. I am sorry if it feels I am nitpicking. I do really appreciate that they offered to do that at all. I was very impressed with the staff. I give myself only 1 star because I should have called since the website was less than detailed. I have been to some many clinics over the years it never occurred to me I would need an appointment or that they would not take clients. I just assumed on past experience what it would be like. I learned my lesson. I will call next time. If they ever take new patients again I would definitely go to this clinic.

INSTANTLY MY CAREGIVER WAS IN AND CHECKING ME OUT (delaying the paperwork and insurance until the end of my visit); when this High Tech "George Jetson" Device, pictured Below, discreetly and swiftly gathered all of my Personal information. I was highly Impressed with the Many Tests they performed. An EEG, A Chest X-ray, throurough Body Exam, Temp, BP, Pulse, Oxygen levels, plus Breathing Treatments and more important things that I can't now Recall? My Final Diagnosis was my very 1ST COPD FLARE at a terrifying and dangerous level and They immediately Referred me to a Qualified Pulmonologist ASAP. Also Prescribed me my 3RD Btl of MEGA STRENGTH PRESCRIPTION COUGH SYRUP + A full Dose of ANTIBIOTICS + as Well as a full Dose of STEROIDS! OVERALL, I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO PROFESSIONALLY AND THOROUGHLY, all in a very brief time span! I am beyond impressed with TRISTAR, [I will never bother or risk my health with the Subpar Treatment offered at WalkIn Clinics] I did remain quite ill with Continuing Bronchitis as well as a newer Upper Respiratory Bacterial Infection that hung w me for 22 straight days! I had to go through another 2 Full Rounds of ANTIBIOTICS plus another 2 FULL ROUNDS OF STEROIDS before I ever began to Clear Up. I have been Referred to a full fledged PULMONOLIGIST to find the real severity of all this.

I've used this hospital for the last 48 years (mainly since it's the closest to me)…read more I'll admit that in the distant past, I would have gone elsewhere for treatment, because there was a doctor in the ER who was pretty nasty, but since he left (about 10 years ago), they've improved tremendously. This hospital has literally saved my life on 3 separate occasions, twice for NMS (Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome), and more recently, for DKA (Diabetic Keto Acidosis). I didn't realize my glucose was so dangerously high (over 1300, with an A1C of 13+), and it wasn't until I woke from a coma hearing someone telling me to cough as they removed the breathing tube, that I realized I was so dangerously close to death. They told me I'd been on a ventilator the last 2 days, and when I was brought in by ambulance, I was as close to death as I could get without actually dying. It was so close, that if my husband had tried to get me there by car, I wouldn't have made it. I was in A-fib, and comatose. I was able to leave 3 days later. The care I received was excellent, the doctors and nurses courteous and attentive. My only gripe is that my PCP doesn't have privileges at this hospital.
