Went to pick up my car this morning at 7:30 and was told i was supposed to have a check. I replied I don't have a check. This guy just kept pointing to the paperwork saying "it says you're supposed to have a check". Then he tells me "She will be here in a minute". Who is she? I reply "OBVIOUSLY, the secretary. Clearly this gentleman was not and more importantly should not speak directly to the customers! It should have been easy to explain the process, but I wasn't given that explanation. He could have attempted to handle the situation by explaining who the person was and advising that she would be better suited to help me. NOPE! Much easier to be rude and nasty. I needed to have my rims done too. I was going to come back to have that done. I will be finding another place. I suggest you do the same! read more

I stopped by for an estimate on a bumper that had popped out of place. I asked the shop manager, Sean, if he could take a look. He asked for my keys and Jonathan took it into the shop. I was concerned how much it would cost so I asked and Sean's response was a smile. After a short wait, Jonathan returned with the car and the bumper was back in place. I wasn't charged anything. Terrible communication and service. Took my car here for repairs after being rear ended and the parts for my truck were on back order when I went for an estimate. The guy said he'd call when parts are ready. I receive a call 2 months later that parts are in, great I drop my truck off. Fast forward to 10 days later I call to check status and I'm told the part never arrived and is on back order until December. So why did I receive a call to drop my car off? Why wasn't I alerted when I dropped the car off? Why wasn't I called to be notified as the car is just sitting for over a week? It is drive-able and now I've wasted almost $500 on a rental (out of pocket) that I never needed if my truck was just going to seat. Ridiculous read more

They made my Toyota Prius look like new after I hit a piece of plywood that flew up in front of my car on Rt. 287 several years ago. They were easy to deal with and worked with my insurance company to make it a smooth transaction. Then, last year, when my new Prius had a fender pop loose when I went over a high curb in someone's driveway, they knew exactly what was wrong and what to do and didn't charge me to pop it back in and secure it, saying, "Merry Christmas." I have had had 3 cars repaired there over the last 3 years (I have a lot of kids driving) and they have done a great job. The repairs were flawless and have stood up over time. They had good coordination with my insurance company and advocated for me on one issue of repair or replacing a part; I didn't have to do a thing. The cars were completed quickly and on time and were nicely cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even put all my son's junk nicely in a plastic bag and back in the trunk. I will definitely continue to use them if need be and my youngest just got his license. read more

After a minor fender bender, I brought my car to Woodbridge Auto. They gave me an extremely high quote, but this was the body shop my insurance company directed me to. A few weeks later, I received a call that my car was ready to be pick up. On my way to the shop, I get another call stating that once they brought my car out of the garage, they noticed they had painted it the wrong color. Frustrated and several days later I pick up my vehicle. I was not impressed with the work they had done. The paint was thick and there was over spray on the tail lights and the inside of my car. You could tell that the rear was darker in color = bad blending, but I was naive when it came to cars, so I drove off. Skip to five years later... I'm trying to sell my car now and I've discovered that Woodbridge Autobody used junk yard parts to repair my trunk and bumper (I paid for new). The serial stickers had been pulled off the parts (they didn't even bother to remove the adhesive, they just painted over it). Dealers think the majority of the car was in an accident because of the amount of paint they used and over spray that shows up with a paint detector! They severely crimped the bottom of my car with a lift clamp. And finally it appears that a can of spray foam exploded in my trunk. I'm so disappointed with this body shop and myself for not speaking up! The only thing I can do at this point is warn others not trust these amateurs with your vehicle! Should be NO STARS! read more
