Lazy! I went in at 1120 to renew my drivers license. I saw 4 workers and 2 other customers 1 renewing their tag and 1 getting their picture taken. I was helped right away and was told that they had met their morning quota. Apparently they only see 12 in the morning and 12 in the afternoon. I was asked to come back at noon. I said OK can you take my name? She said "Oh no, you have to get here at 1145 and wait in line at the door. We don't take names until noon." I said and where is list information written she said its not it is just their rule. I am sure the owner has no idea this is going on. I went to Luther tag agency! 20 minute drive and no wait. Do not waste your time renewing your license here. New Tag was fine except for the address typo that I didn't catch either. I will not go back read more

I absolutely love the Woodcrest Tag Agency! It's extremely close to our house and at a convenient location that not a lot of people use, so we almost never have to wait to get our tags, drivers licenses or whatever we need. Not enough stars. They were the only tag agency in Edmond open on a holiday weekend, Sat. July 2nd. Always have super fast and very friendly service. There were 15 people in line when I walked in at 11:30 and another 15 or more that came in while I was there. I was able to renew my license and renew 2 car tags in 2 separate lines in under 20 minutes. You can renew tags inside or through the drive thru. Have been here several times and always the same great service. I will always use this agency. read more

I should've done this review a couple times already. The people working here are great. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. Over the last 2 years, I've had to renew my special tag, transfer titles, and take my daughter to get her driver's license. I will throw out there that I've had limited interaction with TAG as I moved from out of state. This office far surpasses Stillwater and downtown Edmond though. read more
