Greg was awesome!!! He helped me pull off an unplanned prank on my aunt that I was sending a package to. As he rang me up I told him how she used to put glitter and confetti in our birthday cards. Greg had the brilliant idea and sourced some confetti from their book binding machine and we loaded up the outside wrapping for a fun little surprise...hehehehe! This is my second visit in 1 week. Last week, I shipped boxes to a private address in Germany (not APO), and the Navajo Nation in NM. Yes, it took a while for them to get it done, but this was a learning curve for the new owner. Hey! We all have to learn with baby steps before you take a giant leap. Last week and today, I shipped more face masks to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico for disbursement. I am thankful that I can make these masks and quickly ship to those in need. That's what we do in Oklahoma. Anyway, I like how the new owner is setting up displays, and the friendly customer service. Every week, they will display a student's artwork that you can purchase. I am happy this place has reopened. Highly recommend! read more

Your business is to serve people, you'd think you would try to do that right. Yelling at customers and telling them they will have to wait 20 minutes for you to scan in some packages is ludicrous! You get paid for every package you accept! You had another able person there to do it and you instructed her to not. Wow! I'll just bring business elsewhere. I'm also going to file a complaint with fedex as you aren't actually a drop off location per their requirements. read more

Buyer beware! The Postal Annex charges $65 for a roll of 100 postage stamps, 18% more than the post office. The US Post Office charges $55 for an identical roll of Forever stamps. I questioned the saleswoman if the price had increased and she said that was the correct price for Forever stamps. She was not telling the truth. Go to the post office and pay less! read more
