July 2026 Wedding - very happy with this private venue where we had the entire wedding: ceremony, reception under tent and dancing space. We fell in love immediately with the venue. Tom (owner and operator) and his team had everything prepared and his list of vendors were super helpful! Tom has 3 meetings with you prior to the event to help make decisions and maintains the grounds beautifully. He provided everything we needed for a perfect day! Furniture, lighting, tent, bridal suite, sparklers and grooms room all included. But it is all outdoors - so we were lucky to have perfect weather! Tom is so calm, made sure the wedding day was perfect for us, everything went smoothly and he cleared everything for us after! Max 60 people and budget around $20,000 to have a wedding here just FYI, but definitely worth it! Extremely unique venue and hope to come again! read more

We LOVED Woodinville Lavender and working with Tom, the owner. We planned our WA wedding from Southern California and found Woodinville Lavender about 7 months before what would turn out to be our wedding date. The process started by hopping onto a Zoom call with Tom where he showed us so many pictures and examples of weddings past. He provided dates the venue was available and showed us pictures of his lavender farm from that date in years past to show us the most accurate representation of what we would get on our wedding day. He answered all of our questions with ease and we booked without ever visiting the venue, that's how much we trusted him! We were able to meet up with Tom at the venue in person in February where he walked us through the grounds, showed us our possibilities of where ceremony and reception would take place, and assured me (the born and raised Southern Californian) there was a rain plan and what it would entail. Like most brides, I imagined sun on my summer wedding day, but I walked away from that meeting feeling great about the rain plan if we needed to enact it. Tom was incredibly communicative and accommodating. When we were struggling to find certain vendors and his recommended list was out of our budget, he went out of his way to brainstorm some more vendors he worked with that was within our budget and gave us details on how they were when he worked with them in weddings past. Truly, Tom's lengthy experience in the wedding industry is such a bonus to his beautiful venue. My husband and I had our wedding at the Lavender farm on July 8th of 2017. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue, its was truly picture perfect. Tom was easy to work with from beginning to end - he was always there to answer questions via email or phone, and he let us swing by the venue the week of to choose exactly where we wanted the ceremony! He took care of all the vendor coordination and had helpful tips in terms of choosing tables and chairs. He also managed to get us a tent for free!! This was such a welcomed surprise and allowed us the freedom to host the entire ceremony/reception outdoors, rather than utilizing the valley room. There are a couple of things I wish I'd have done differently; for one, listening to Tom about the DJ/music situation. I sprung for a DJ and while it was fine, it really wasn't necessary and I could have saved money by simply using Tom's setup. The intimacy of the venue and the size of our event didn't lend itself to much dancing - most people enjoyed the numerous seated areas, walked around the fields, and played the lawn games (definitely rent the lawn games from Tom!). I would have stuck with the preferred florist; I took a chance on a smaller business and it just didn't turn out as I wanted. The flowers were all wrong. The preferred florist, Fena Flowers is slow to communicate but I think Tom's chosen them as a preferred business for a reason, he clearly trusts their work. We stuck with a preferred caterer, and that turned out fantastic! The Bride room is incredibly handy, I was camped out in there with my HMUA all morning. It's secluded and roomie, a great addition to the venue as a whole. read more

I had my wedding at the lavender farm almost 3 weeks ago. I regret nothing about using this as my venue. The owner Tom is very sweet and takes really good care of his property. From the moment we went on the tour and put our deposit down to the day of our wedding we noticed how organized Tom is. He's very thorough about providing timelines and check lists to help stay on top of deadlines. He was great to communicate/work with and was very quick to respond. He even helped pick out our rentals and figure out the layout. The farm is right on Woodinville-Redmond Road but it's vey secluded and beautiful. The lavender was harvested when we got married on September 1st but the property was still so beautiful. We ordered a tent for dinner as a cautionary measure but it ended up being a beautiful summer day. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 60 guests! Woodinville Lavender Farm has a special place in my heart. Tom the owner was an absolute dream to work with. We had planned on getting married in Winthrop, Wa on August 29, 2015. Unfortunately about a week before the wedding a wildfire started, and we had to plan a completely new wedding-- I must add that I wasn't even in the state of Washington until a couple days before the wedding. My photographer had heard of Woodinville Lavender Farm, and so I called Tom, the owner. He answered the night of and accommodated in every way that was physically possible. He has a new bridal room which was lovely to have a special place for the girls. Also there is a great little retail shop with many, many things to purchase-- the Lavender smelt so refreshing. Woodinville Lavender is a beautiful venue. It's the perfect setting for an intimate, summer outdoor wedding but what sets it apart from other beautiful venues is the owner Tom. He provided impeccable service - he is detail oriented, accommodating, and caring. He let us drop all of our decor the day before during our rehearsal, allowed us to use extra bags of ice he had in his freezer chest, rescheduled our wedding date for free even though it didn't really fit into his free rescheduling criteria written in the contract (newly implemented quarantine policy for int'l travelers would've prevented half our guests from attending, including my husband's immediate family - so it wasn't that we couldn't proceed with our scheduled date but Tom was understanding), brought out heat lamps when it got chilly at night (we didn't even know he had those) and was just constantly doing things behind the scenes the day of to ensure everything ran smoothly. We are so happy to have held our wedding at Woodinville Lavender! Even though my husband and I got married just after the end of lavender season, the grounds are still remarkable! Everything is picture perfect and truly lovely! (The accompany photos were taken by our photographer Tanya with Tetiana Photography.) Working with Tom to plan our wedding was easily the number one stress-reducing decision we made. He ensures everything is as transparent and worry-free as possible, as is quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the planning process. During the various planning meetings, Tom will coordinate rentals, ceremony and reception layouts, and day-of logistics with vendors and guests and he has many, many weddings under his belt. His experience alone is invaluable! On the day-of, we were able to trust everything would be handled as we specified. Despite a historic lightning storm during our reception at a primarily outdoor venue, Tom kept everything running smoothly. He was flexible and prepared with a rain set-up plan and heaters. After doing a day of wine touring, I decided to stop at Woodinville Lavender. Instead of just offering the pure flower, the shop has everything from lavender-infused salt, soap, oils and teas. At the time of my visit, they were sampling a lavender chamomile that was incredibly aromatic and calming (which I ended up purchasing). I love that everything is sourced from the farm and I could tell the gentleman helping me was passionate about his business. The store itself is just a single room, but there are plenty of ways to get your lavender fix here. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Keep in mind, they are only open on Fridays & Saturdays from 12-5pm. While I enjoyed stopping in during the winter months to get my fix, the man inside the shop said it's worth visiting in June/July when the fields out back are full of purple. read more

Came in here one day with my mom and we just loved it! Enough to want to have my rehersal dinner here! I called the owner and asked how much it would be to rent out the little room (can't fit more then 20) for two hours...(keep in mind I am getting married at JM Cellars and they charge a reasonable fee; 6 hours for the whole grounds, fire place, wine cellar, garden, etc, for $1000 for 30 guests)...Woodinville Lavender was going to charge me $2000 for two hours and for 25 people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful wedding venue, but know what you're getting into We wouldn't trade our magical wedding at Woodinville Lavender Farm for anything. It's a beautiful location that will take you breath away. But those considering this venue for anything more than small events should be aware that you're signing up for a lot of work and negotiation to make it your own. If you're willing to put in time, money and patience, you can pull off great events here. The lavender farm makes a great backdrop but comes with few amenities. (And consider that the lavender may be less vibrant in late summer than what you've seen in pictures.) The owner seems to prioritize his retail business over events, which can be frustrating for you and vendors. Be prepared for rules and costs to change during planning. Ask a lot of questions and do your homework. For instance, we were initially told tent rental from the preferred vendor would cost $1,500 but it ended up costing more than twice that due to venue rules and pickup fees associated with other events being scheduled after ours. That also meant we had very little time to set up and clean up and had to hire help and enlist friends to make sure everything was gone by 11pm as required. The venue owner takes great pride in his property. It's understandable but borders on excessive. There are rules and fees for most everything - from taking photos to parking to use of equipment and liability insurance that other venues would just include. On the bright side, despite all that you can have an amazing wedding or party at the lavender farm. We did. Our guests loved it. Just go in with eyes wide open. read more

The english lavender was in full bloom, the grounds were gorgeous, and the entire night was a blast! They keep the grounds pristine and the lavender fields are a great backdrop for your celebration and the photos of your special day! Picking the venue was the first thing I accomplished in wedding planning. I really wanted to evoke the lavender fields of Provence, France, and I'm so glad I discovered Tom's gorgeous farm in Woodinville. It was the perfect setting! Tom and his wife tend to the lavender farm themselves, and the pride they have shows in the beauty of their landscape. All the guests loved the lavender gardens and the farm grounds. The children at the wedding had a great time playing outside. As for planning with Tom, I did everything from out of town as the venue was a destination for me. He was easily reachable by email or phone. He's very organized and will help the couple keep track of meetings and payment schedules. He was very flexible with us mailing checks a couple days after the deadline -- we let him know by email to expect it within a few days, and he'll confirm. He was the conductor that helped organize my great orchestra of vendors. He reviewed some of my rental invoices and helped me save money by correcting the tax rate to the lower Redmond percentage on one of our rental orders (which also helped me save on my catering order!). A few other kind gestures he did was store our wine purchased for the reception several weeks in advance and keep some wedding decor at the farm for buyers to pick up after the fact. All in all, Tom and his gorgeous lavender fields are excellent choices for a couple looking for a small, more intimate wedding venue (guest max is 80 persons). read more

There is a little gift shop that has everything lavender, they even have ice cream (not cheap tho). It was really a great experience and the lingering aroma was wonderful. What a dream location for a wedding. I had my wedding here in July 2015. The owner, Tom, was wonderful to work with. He was very organized and responsive over the phone/email with sending out meeting minutes, price lists and action items. I appreciated that the venue supplied some equipment for free. There was also a list of gift-shop items that could be purchased for dessert, gift bags, etc. I was very glad Tom helped renting some of the larger items like chairs, tables, and tent. He was understanding of last minute changes. The equipment rentals were high quality and well priced. We had 40 guests and the size of the venue fit perfectly. The new bridal suite was beautiful and had very good light for photos. It rained the day of our wedding and Tom helped move equipment around to accommodate and then came back out to help some guests with u-pick. Both my photographer and event designer complained about the time restriction for photos, so I'm happy to hear it might get bumped up an hour. The only other thing is that the restroom isn't easily accessible by someone in a wheelchair. Some ADA improvements might be appreciated. As a lavender farm, it is well located within Woodinville wine country. During normal business hours, it's a nice place to stop for a change of scenery while wine tasting in the area; perfect for a romantic stroll with your significant other. I am SO happy to find this venue for our rehearsal dinner. We knew we wanted to have a good chunk of our out of town guests attend the rehearsal dinner which bumped up our count to 45 which meant it would cost a lot to have it at a restaurant or other venue in the area. Sure it was slightly confusing the way the costs are broken down and the various rules (set amount up to 30 people then $10 for every person over the 30 count or that someone from the caterer had to stay till the end to clean up, etc) - but just give yourself enough time to read though everything and lay out a plan. The owner, Tom, is very responsive and will answer any questions you have. Our rehearsal dinner was a huge hit. All of our guests loved the location. We had a food truck cater, piped our own music in through the speakers that are set up, had a bonfire going, and you can bring in your own beer & wine which saves A LOT of money. All of the tables were set up when we arrived and everything ran pretty smoothly - although if you are having a wedding here, I would definitely have a coordinator to help out. read more

We booked Woodinville Lavender on short notice for a Celebration of Life service for my mom. She loved lavender, and I was planning on taking her here when the lavender bloomed later this year, but never got the chance. Tom was very helpful and kind. He took care of the set up and was on hand throughout to help with anything we needed. I appreciate that he even let my family linger among the lavender a bit longer than we booked so our family could visit with each other during such a difficult time. I can't wait to come visit in honor of her this summer. The lavender sachets, soap and ice cream were a huge plus so we could take a little of the farm with us in memory of my mom.
