Really is the worst. If you have a QR code they force you to use the kiosk and won't help you at the counter.

I've been here numerous times and there's never a long line, and if there does happen to be a line it always goes quickly. There's plenty of parking and there's a self service kiosk in the front. I will say the place is pretty run down/dirty, but that's every post office honestly. read more

Not my favorite of the post offices near me but i do find myself here every once in a while. Ive always thought it has a weird location. Its hidden off of Military Trail and Banyan Trail. About 1/4 mile on Banyan Trail, past the office complex on the right hand side is the entrance. If you see the dog park, you went too far. Little to no customer service here. My packages are always pre-labeled and paid, so I just need to drop off at the end of the counter and that way I avoid the line. I highly recommend the self service kiosk in the lobby. Its easy, you get a receipt and you avoid the lines. read more

Absolutely the worst post office ever. Whoever the postmaster is, I heard his name is Ron, lol. He needs to be fired, but I'm sure he's so tenured in and it's Union that he'll stay there until the day he dies or these horrible miserable locations are closed. And then he'll rake in some of the best retirement offered. He's probably been jerking around for the last 30 years. First they all go crazy and now they can't provide the service. Post offices should've been closed 30 years ago. The government was too ignorant to do what it needed to do and now we are all stuck with subpar government service. What a surprise - our dollars are being wasted. Cut my taxes and I'll pay for FedEx ! These workers get away with murder because there's nothing anybody can do because they're all Union. Same reason Chicago is a mess. I've been told to complain all you want, but it won't make any difference. Close these post offices down. The people deserve better. It takes a week to mail anything in the state of Florida. Literally in the state of Florida from one side to the other it takes a week like they're sending something to Europe. read more

Worse post office ever. The female employee just came back from her lunch/break and decided to tell me to use the kiosk as they will not accept my 2 pieces of mail. I was just standing waiting for my turn, with only one person ahead of me. Customer service is lacking at the location. I left and visited another location and the employee took my mail without any issues. I highly recommend customer service training for this location. read more

so I go inside to get my package shipped and I ask the guy for a receipt and then he tells me to go outside and scan it myself and ship it myself. Like why do you work there if you don't even want to do your job? It makes no sense how USPS hires people that don't even want to do their job and then they just tell you to use the self Kiosk when there's somebody already using it and being super slow. When they could just scanned it for you and shipped it for you. Like if you don't wanna do your job, why do you work there? USPS seriously hires the worst people at this post office everybody there's in a bad mood like they're bored of their job. They should seriously hire better people. Came by here to get some rolls of stamps for the office. I followed the direction and found this place in the back of a shopping plaza not visible from the street. I didn't expect much when I walked in. In fact, I was anticipating long line with a long wait. But perhaps it was my lucky day because they actually have three windows open with on one in line waiting. Just when I thought everything was going well, then it just hit me. The lady who helped me behind the window was not very friendly. In fact, I looked around and every single staff who worked there seemed not having a good day. People were yelling and shouting not just among themselves, but to the customers too. One of the customer who was an elderly lady and she had this frighten look on her face like what the heck is going on. Luckily for me, I got my rolls of stamps and took off. But I really don't think this is going to be my go-to place for any postal needs. If I need stamps, I will probably go to Publix or find a postage vending machine in one of those PO boxes places. read more

Ashley was super helpful. it was towards the end of the day and I'm sure everyone was tired, but all of the employees were working hard and being patient with each of the customers. Ashley was especially great at multi-tasking and helped me get three of packages labeled and sent on their way with no problems. There seems to be a lot of bad reviews for this location. I can only speak of my experience here, which was very pleasant and quick. I came here on 5/27 to mail out a letter with tracking about 5 mins before it opened at 8am and they were already opened and helping someone with a bunch of packages. Both the ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly. The letter was delivered to the destination on the day that the USPS indicated it would be, 4 business days from FL to SC. There is plenty of parking here and I love how close by with good hours where I am able to go either before or after work. With covid, the only thing I wish they had was an automatic door so people don't have to touch the handle. read more

I came to ask for help with a lost package today and was met with verbal aggression from both counter employees. I'm a pretty understanding and patient person but something must've happened before I arrived that caused them to be extremely unreasonable. They wouldn't provide me a phone number to get further help, just insisted that they didn't have my package and that it wasn't their fault and told me to "get out"... so, I feel like that's all you need to know about this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to go ship a package and the first person instructed me to put only the shipping address on the package. The second person told me to step aside and add my address and then got mad that I put the addresses in the wrong order after the first person told me to do so. They have no patience with customers AT ALL. Left without shipping it and a messed up box. read more

Third times a charm and it couldn't be more true for this US Postal Service Office. After reading several low star rated reviews on USPS offices I felt obligated to write this one. It is always: Clean Well organized Neat Efficient Equipped with proper material and knowledgeable staff Quick Pleasant staff Out within 5 minutes A pleasure My only suggestion is to bring your own pen. There are never any around to prepare your package or letters before you reach a teller. Though they are happy to lend you theirs and wait with you as you fill out appropriate information. They stopped delivering my items to my mailbox and decided to just return all items to senders. I had a very important and valuable package coming from overseas which took 4 weeks to arrive. Now I will have to wait another 4 weeks for it to get returned to the sender and then another 4 weeks for it to be re-sent to me. I am ashamed of our country's postal service. I am writing a formal complaint to the President to take immediate corrective action to improve our postal service. We need to make USPS great again. read more

I would strongly recommend using another post office. 3 of our 10 trips to Woodland Station have resulted in headache. That's a very high percentage. Incident 1) My brother-in-law never received his birthday gift that I shipped from this post office. 2) I mailed a letter out of country that was marked for Ohio. Fortunately I checked my receipt and noticed Kim had entered the zip code for the US (Ohio) rather than Mexico 3) My husband shipped eBay items at Woodland Station that were also never received Sadly, the staff's customer interaction is no better than the service. A simple "I'm sorry, let me correct that for you" sure would have been nice. Instead, I was told it was my fault for not labeling the letter correctly. I labeled "Mexico" beside the zip code and not in all capitals below the zip code. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere, like the one on Palmetto; all of my letters and packages have arrived safely and soundly when shipped from there. Avoid the headache and return trips. If you will not heed this warning, then definitely be sure to keep your receipt. Based on my experience, there is a high likelihood you will be back and it is essential you have that tracking number. read more

Terrible customer service. I got sent out the first time when I gave them my situation on a package I was trying to receive. I went back in and was finally given some information, aka, it was being held across the street at the other branch. I went to the other branch and I waited at the package desk for 30 minutes and not a soul showed up. Overall waste of my time and day. I don't even think I'll receive my package. read more

I just received the nastiest treatment from the worker Margarita and apparently I am not the only one. This woman needs to work in a dark room in the back and not deal with the public. I was sent to this location to get a mailbox assigned to me at my new business and Margarita informed me that this will take weeks and to pay $25 and fill out the crooked scrap of paper that she slapped in front of me. I did as told while she was yelling at the next lady who dared to not have an address form filled out. When I stepped back in, she asked to see the paper....I asked "You mean the lease?" Yes she said, I said "Well I just showed you that. I need to see it again and your driver's license! So I fished all the paperwork out again since she apparently didn't look at it the first time. I asked how I will receive my mailbox key and she tells me someone will call me and then I can pick it up. To which I responded that that sounds incredibly complicated and that that's not what my landlord told me. That clearly sent her over the edge and she started shouting that that she's just a peon and follows the rules and I am just a peon. I responded I am not a peon, I am self- employed and that we all have choices. She then goes Well, then you are your own peon, looks at the name of my business and mutters under her breath Thank god I don't go there....I say Excuse me?! She: Oh nothing! What a miserable coward. So, we'll see if we will ever receive a key for our mailbox. read more

This is a small post office off of Military and on the same road as the dog park. It is usually never crowded and even if it is the lines move pretty fast. The employees are good at making sure everyone has what they need in line before they get up to the counter to minimize wait time. The parking could use an upgrade but overall not a bad post office to stop at. read more

I received a notification regarding my package that was delivered 5/1 "supposedly" at 12:08pm...No package left at my door. I have a camera system at my house and reviewed from 11am-5pm to see if maybe it was delivered and someone had stolen it, but that is not the case here.. I called the post office twice today. I spoke with a woman names Alena stating she would call me back. It's 4:30p, and I called to follow up. Alena has left for the day. I spoke with Dave, who is a supervisor, which I said a "manager" and he snapped back at me and said "NO, I'm a supervisor". He was not helpful when I tried to explain the situation and mentioned I spoke with Alena earlier and he said she will be back in tomorrow. He is rude and a real pr*ck. He was giving me an attitude after I asked if he could assist me and for some help.. Obviously, that was too much work for him to punch in the numbers of my tracking info and just said okay, we will look in to it and quickly asked for my name and phone number, which I doubt he wrote down. Told him to have a nice Friday because I could hear his attitude and he hung up on me. Typical Boca jerks, but come on ! you're in a customer service type setting and a "supervisor" ! This is a nice post-office! It's a little out of the way in a commercial complex, but nevertheless, it provides what I need. The thing I like about this place is that it has an Automated Postal Center (APC); if you need to send something any time, just go up to the APC and you can weigh your item and send it! The only things that I didn't like about this location were: a) the Priority Mail boxes and envelopes are in the locked portion of the post office (unlike other locations that have it in the 24-hour lobby), and b) parking can be a little hairy, but not impossible here. read more

Worse customer service ever! Tried to end mail forwarding. Filled out a form at the post office with the help of a postal worker on April 5. It's now April 24th and we are still not getting our mail.
