We attended a trial class for our two daughters, and they enjoyed it so much that we decided to enroll. Unfortunately, the experience after that was extremely frustrating. The enrollment process was confusing from the beginning. Most communication came through an automated text system that repeatedly stated someone would contact me, but getting clear answers was very difficult. We provided all requested information, received tuition details, and repeatedly tried to confirm enrollment and class times. Eventually, my husband was told that our daughters should arrive at 5:30 PM. We drove approximately 40 minutes to the gym, completed registration, paid for the classes, and I specifically asked the front desk whether my daughters could begin training at that time. I was told yes. My daughters joined the class, completed warm-ups, and moved on to the next training activity with the rest of the group. About 17 minutes later, they were suddenly pulled out of the class and told that their actual class time was 6:30 PM. What makes this situation difficult to understand is that my children did not enter the wrong class on their own. We arrived at the time we were given, checked in, completed payment, and I personally confirmed with the front desk that they could start training. Multiple staff members, including the coaches, saw them participating in class. Yet the solution was to remove two young children after they had already started. When I approached the front desk, expecting at least a simple apology for the confusion, I received none. Instead, I was repeatedly told that our class time was 6:30 PM, as if that somehow explained what had happened. The supervisor's response was no different. No apology. No acknowledgment that a mistake had been made. No attempt to take responsibility for the situation. What upset me most is that this review would probably not exist if someone had simply said, "We're sorry, we made a mistake." Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. Instead, I was left feeling as though I was being blamed for following the instructions given by their own staff. My daughters were excited to be there. After being removed from a class they had already joined, they were confused, upset, and in tears. At that point, I requested a refund and decided not to continue. The coaches seemed great during the trial class, and my daughters genuinely enjoyed gymnastics. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service completely overshadowed that positive experience. I cannot recommend this facility to other parents. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place--they don't seem to care about the parents' experience or the children's comfort. read more

My daughter tumbles only. No gymnastics. No cheer. They have coaches that are great with her and have advanced her tumbling quite nicely.

Here for state gymnastics competition and this place isn't a good place for a state competition event. Overcrowded, no place to sit and I'm wondering if this is a fire code violation with so many people here that there's no room to move around. Still overcharging and they can't buy enough chairs? Unorganized "smelly" facility & upstairs area is supposedly for coaches and it's the only area you can move around in. We won't travel again over an hour to stand and not be able to see who we came to see and spent $30 for this? Come on, there are better facilities than this one! read more

My son (7) and my daughter (3) has been going here for approx. 7 months and have both learned so much! When they started my son could not even do a cartwheel and now he's doing back walkovers, about to learn back handsprings. My daughter is only 3 so she's still learning the basics in the shining stars program, but her flexability and coordination have improved tremendously!! Love this place. Have recommended it to many friends. The price is also a lot lower than other places I've looked into. read more

I was looking forward to walking into this gymnastics academy to get a clear view of what they had to offer. I was not greeted a when I tried to get the information of class an fees I was just given a slammed blue sheet on the table with no other explanation of there academy. This place needs to first start with the basics again of real customer service to potential enrolled members. I am very happy that I seen this side before wasting my money on this place. Never ever again!!!!! We were loyal long term paying customers of this gymnastics academy and were treated rude and disrespectfully by the owner. SHE BROKE MY DAUGHTERS HEART. My daughter went here for over two years and missed a class during Spring break and although we already payed for the class in advance were told she could not make it up. When we questioned the "policy" and asked for a ONE time exception we were blatantly told NO. When we stated that we would not be coming back the owner DID NOT CARE. she stated merely that it was unfortunate (unfortunate she wouldnt be getting checks any longer) and went on to correct my husband about calling her office manager a receptionist. We were with them over two years and my daughter is leaving with no more skills than when she walked in the door. She can't even do a back walkover. At a price tag of $16.25 an hour you would think she would have learned in two years what we put her in for in the first place which was back handsprings. The gym is dirty, smelly, overpriced and the owner is rude and made it obvious she could care less about loyal paying patrons. read more

My kids have been at WGA for almost 2 years and we love it. The staff has been extremely friendly. In fact, the person at the front desk knew my name and my kids names from the beginning. We've had a few coaching changes when my kiddos changed class dates and each coach has been supportive, caring and extremely great with the kids. We were thrilled to find such an attentive staff after trying a local cheer gym and being extremely disappointed. We highly recommend WGA! read more
