If i could give negative stars i would. Very unpleasant experience. Charged me 2,536.48 for "mitigation". Had almost 2 moths pass and still work was not completed. Several no shows, no return phone calls. Had such anxiety and frustration.

Uneven patch job. It's too obvious where the wall was fixed.

Using this company was a mistake. It cost us months of renting out our new condo (appx project dates: 1/18/21-3/26/21) and the work completed is not professional. We could have handled this job in a timely fashion with better results on our own. However, I was about to have baby #3 (3 KIDS UNDER 3YRS) and this project took us by surprise so the salesman, Richard, sold us on the idea that we could be hands off from dealing with it. We took that leap of faith after challenging him with some of the negative reviews we found online. We never heard from Richard again. The original job took twice as long as promised or their "worst case scenario date". We were on our way to the final walkthru when the workers that were finishing up and cleaning their supplies in our sink, flooded the kitchen (debris covered our sinks and tub from them washing tools) and water had leaked into the unit below us. The kitchen floors had to be torn back up and redone again. But when they fixed it, they put the floors down in a different pattern. So then it had to be redone for a 3rd time. The original project included the following issues: the patch job was bad and the correction is not great but it's difficult to correct something that should have been refloated completely. Poor cuts in the floors, floors not leveled even tho we paid more for level to have it done right, baseboards poorly installed, cuts were unprofessional, nail holes not filled, paint not taped off, switch plates/electrical plates weren't removed but rather painted around, flooring patterns not consistent, furniture not replaced in the original places, and paint splatters cover the new fishing poles we just bought. They dented the fridge when they pulled it out. The workers set the AC to 50 degrees which caused the unit to freeze over and stop working. We purchased this as a 2nd home/investment property less than a month before discovering a leak and had just filled it with new decor. The dust from this project covered everything in the condo because they didn't thoroughly cover our furniture and household items. Even though WWR charged some sort of cleaning fee, they did not clean. The workers used our 3rd story porch to saw and make cuts and never cleaned up the sawdust. The neighbors were not happy that debris went to their porches. This company had workers sawing and cutting thru the night causing noise complaints from the new neighbors as well as cops being called. We reached out to the owner who assigned someone new to us and promised to make it right but the damage had been done and it was difficult to be remedied. Then the Texas freeze occured which delayed projects further. At this point, we were depleted emotionally. The time had been lost, the money had been spent and we never did hear from the owner again. In hindsight, we've been totally taken advantage of. Dwayne(who worked very hard to fix this nightmare, was extremely easy to work with and good with communication and timeliness)replaced our first project manager and attempted to pick up all the broken pieces and remedy our problems. However, the owner should have taken over to see this out thru the finish line. I'm not exactly sure why this was so poorly executed but it's clear this company takes full advantage of insurance claims as they did ours. After the original project started, we realized the upstairs bathroom flooring wasn't quoted despite being the same flooring of the downstairs (an oversight) and WWR charged us hundreds of additional dollars to complete appx. 15 sq ft. They will get their money in every way possible. The explanation was because the the toilet needed to be reset. Our entire project cost over 9k. 9k should have been put to better use.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION - RUN FROM THIS COMPANY…read more After receiving a bill for over $6000.00 for less than 4 days of fans running in my home 50% of the time, I called to speak with the owner to inquire about the outrageous charges on the bill and charges for unauthorized work performed by her employees, she said she would look into it. Well instead of looking into it, she just emailed me her husbands phone number and said I should talk to him because she wasn't there? I spoke with the husband for about 2 unreasonable minutes, that was a total waste of 2 minutes. Might as well been trying to talk to a wall. Just asked him to revisit the bill and to work with me on this. He refused even though they did work they were not authorized to do and charged for equipment that was not in operation 50% of the time. Overall talk about taking advantage of people. After a water pipe burst and basically flooded the first floor of our home, ruining all wood flooring (4 rooms), tile floors and kitchen cabinets. We contacted a local contractor to help with this devastating and horrifying situation. The contractor removed all visible water from all the floors and the better part of all baseboards effected. Problem #2 We're in the process of selling the home and it's under contract with Buyer. About 3 days into this disaster, we were unfortunately referred to Restoration 1 by our Insurance Adjuster, he felt the home wasn't drying fast enough. We contacted Restoration 1, they responded on the same day. When they arrived, they had me sign documents that was basically held them harmless of any/all responsibility which is understandable when dealing with water, problem was I practically had to beg to get a copy of what I signed, even the Insurance Adjustor requested them twice for me. They don't give you copies of what you sign while they are there. I immediately explained to their employee that I already had a contractor and he would be available to remove any part of the structure that they needed to have removed in order to get the place dry. Well that wasn't well excepted! I made it perfectly clear they are only authorized to remove any remaining baseboards and sheetrock as necessary. They seemed upset that I already had a contractor and the contractor would be doing all the demo. At this point, they kept telling me what they would be able to do, I had to keep telling them "I have a contractor"! It was a very uncomfortable situation. I left and they brought in their equipment, when I returned the next day, they had removed doors and door jams. When asked who authorized them to do this and why they did that, they just said they needed to because they were damaged. Just total disregard for the direction I clearly provided to them. I ask where the door jam were and to return them back to my house. They never did and had multiple excuses. First they said they left them in the garage and they don't understand where they went, then it was we threw them away already and cannot not return them. 50% of the time, the equipment was not in use or stacked in the garage or in a corner somewhere, because the contractor was working in the house. Their bill says the equipment was monitored and in operation, well that wasn't exactly the truth. They had also taped and wrapped plastic around the back of the damaged kitchen cabinet, with no fans blowing in that area (one of the main places water soaked). I do believe plastic normally retains moisture and doesn't allow the area to dry (Thats where they would do their moisture test to show their services were still required and it wasn't ever going to dry.) During one of their visits to the house, their employee had a conversation with the Buyer that is purchasing our home. I was informed by the Buyers Realtor that she couldn't believe what the Restoration 1 employee was telling the buyer about the status of the moisture level in the house and was scaring her to death about mold. This almost cost us the sale of the house and it took quite a bit to convince the Buyer there was no problem with mold in this home. There is absolutely no reason for their employee to be providing private information about my house with anyone other than their contracted client. Needless to say, I asked them to remove their equipment and I had to ask multiple times, they threaten me by stating "They would not provide a certificate that the house was dry and moisture free to my insurance company and insurance adjuster". I felt like they were trying to hold me hostage to keep their equipment onsite for as long as possible. I WOULD DO MINUS STARS FOR RESTORATION 1 IF POSSIBLE!

I was very pleased with the outcome in having Restoration 1 of Conroe do the work on my home…read more An older home, ca. 1980, the plumbing is largely galvanized steel. It developed pin hole leaks, apparently a common occurrence at its age. Fortunately, the major damage was to the garage. Upon inspection, there were issues with the horizontal hot water runs for both the ground and second floor. I had a plumber replace all of that with PEX, which left the sheet rock repair. I had 3 estimates with Restoration 1 coming in at the best price. Shain Mann, the owner, was present each day, ensured quality work and protection of contents throughout the job and was very pleasant to work with. He pointed out some minor mold issues that he corrected along the way. The quality of the sheet rock work and painting was excellent. This included ceilings with texture matching, walls with texture and paint matching, etc. Very nice. I encourage anyone looking for recovery from water damage to check these guys out. My only caution applies to all such service providers: they like the insurance jobs where they can tack on high margin items without challenge from the insurance company. Take the time to closely review each line item of your estimate if you are paying your own way - it can save you $500-800.

Texas Quality Plumbing did an amazing job addressing the water leak issue, and they recommended we contact Entrusted to do mold abatement and to fix the flooring issue by removing damaged pieces to get a look at the subfloor, plus we were told they can also do the repairs/renovation after the mold abatement. (We have already reached out to Texas Quality Plumbing to inform them they should NOT recommend this company to its clients.) First, Entrusted reps came out to look at the issue and then we scheduled them 2 weeks later to begin. The quote was very high (over $2,000). They did NOT show up for their appointment time. I had to call them to find out why they hadn't arrived, and I was told there was a mix-up, and we are so sorry, and we will get you on our schedule ASAP. When they did arrive, two young men (one looked like he was in high school) began ripping up hardwood boards in my kitchen to get a look at what was underneath. They left two large de-humidifiers for us to run for a week to help dry out the moisture and they sprayed some "mold treatment" to the area. The next week, they showed up to take moisture readings again. They did not show me the readings - he just said, "Yeah, that's still 100% moisture levels." I had to pay the remainder of the 1st quote at this time. Then he took the de-humidifiers and said that their renovation team would be sending a quote to us for repairing the subfloor and replacing the hardwoods that were damaged. This was Wed. May 18th. After NOT hearing back from them for a few days, I emailed Jason Roy at Entrusted on May 20th to inform him we were waiting for their second quote for repairs/renovations. No response. I emailed ANOTHER follow up on May 25th. Again, nothing. Then I called and spoke with their receptionist on May 28th to alert them to how frustrating it has been that no one will contact us. I was told they will let their boss know and they are so sorry. It is now May 30th and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I think they are a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM.

The fraud was that the hole was not 100s of sq ft but less than 1 and the hole to be repaired was from damage two years prior. They are still calling me and asking for 2000 and have never sent me a bill for the mitigation work that they actually did just an insurance invoice that of course equaled 2000 dollars.

The point of my visit was to discuss the floater I'd been bothered with recently. Nothing was resolved, however, notes were made on my chart so that if I wanted to follow up, the notes would be there. Several weeks ago, I did call back and say I wanted to follow up about the floaters. I was told I needed to see Dr. Andreas Gonzalez. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Andreas Gonzalez. I waited 35 minutes before seeing a technician who did testing (the recent eye appointment was a comprehensive one so testing was a repeat) and dilated my eyes. Finally, an hour and a half later (after watching the same video three times), I saw the doctor. He examined my eyes briefly and then continued with the technician's discussion of macular degeneration. After explaining a treatment they are offering, I said I'd like to do more research before considering. Dr. Gonzales then said to follow up in a year. When I realized he was dismissing me without having addressed the reason for my visit, I was stunned. Once I mentioned it, he gave me some information, but I realized that one of the procedures I was hoping to discuss, he doesn't even do! Not only is Dr. Gonzales condescending, he is also unprepared--doesn't come to an appointment ready to discuss why the patient is there! He seemed way more interested in "selling" me a treatment. Unconscionable is the only word I can find to describe the wasted two and a half hours I spent today.
