In short, they did a horrible job, and I wound up having to take my car down to my Prius dealer in Rochester, to repair Carstar's work. When I complained to the manager, (Tod Peterson) he literally told me that he "can't keep track of all the work that goes on in his shop." And that I should bring my car back to them for more repair work. He also refused to compensate the deductible I paid for the crap repair job they did.
