I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want.
