Often there are 0 checkout lanes open here. 0 lanes, so you have to check yourself out. Self-checkouts are for people who have just a few items and want the convenience of not waiting. They are NOT a replacement for real people when I have a cart with $200 worth of crap in it. "Thank you, valued customer" my ass. If I was a valued customer, the front-end manager wouldn't be leaning on the counter watching me check myself out. There are some management issues here in general, because every time I have to talk to management (w Prices are high everywhere, yes? But sales are cool, right? Wrong. Kroger Digital Coupons means you're walking through the store, see a 'deal', and then have to screw around on your phone for 2 minutes, working through their app's horrible interface, just to save a couple of bucks. It's not a convenience - it's a pain in the ass. And don't get me started on gas points. People have electric cars now. I do not care about gas points. Stop showing them to me, stop sending me marketing about them, deals about them, coupons for them - I do not care. You are wasting both our time.

I had a problem with my Kroger app and the staff was super friendly as they helped me fix the issue with my app and my Kroger card. With this resolution I was able to start using the app again to clip the Kroger coupons. I have found the store near me out of items when they are on sale and I have had to get rain checks but this store typically has enough inventory that I still find the sale items when I shop there. I will continue to go to this location when I am able to make the time for the trip.

We told him repeatedly to slow down because he was crushing items and never once asked for a bagger. My son and grandson (4) and I had to bag the entire purchase ( over $600 not EBT!) When he was asked a third time to slow down and assist with bagging he said he had "a time limit to adhere to". Now I've been a Kroger cashier in the past and that's never been the case. Customer service meant something then. We were so rushed that items were left behind and he did not bother to notice or mention. So I didn't even get everything that I paid over $600 for! Instead he asked the bagger that was helping customers with way less groceries to help us push the 3rd cart out to our car. I did get this tall dark haired boy's name, Aaron. But we will never return to this Kroger again. He was not the only one that saw our struggle and ignored it. My hard earned money will go to Aldi or Publix, but never again Kroger or JayC.

All SEEMED well when I left, there was a bit of a shimmy but, it was my first road trip in this vehicle so I didn't think much of it. Made it to Atlanta and parked the car for the two weeks I was there. I had a rental for work and parked next to my truck every night. On the way back, the truck started shaking badly. I pulled over on the highway thinking I had a flat. Nothing. Checked the suspension, all looked fine. Tried to go a little bit and the truck just shook. I had it towed to Pep Boys. As the mechanic was pulling it into the garage, another guy came running out, waving his arms, yelling. My wheel, the one THIS WALMART replaced, was ready to fall off. It had two sheared lug posts and the remaining lugs were very ready to go. The wheel had been improperly seated by WALMART I had to pay for the repair AND a hotel for the two days I had to spend waiting on a new wheel. My wheel was ruined, the holes were bored out, making it useless. Not to mention the HUGE SAFETY RISK this put me in. Pep Boys got me all fixed up and back on the road. When I stopped at this location to see about them reimbursing me for the repairs, replacement wheel and lost days, they offered me $350. About a third of my total out of pocket. I told them that was unacceptable and we filled out the claim paperwork. Their claims guy called, I explained what had happened and he said he'd look into it. I have a job. A pretty good job. I was not looking to rip them off, I don't need to. I wasn't doing a "slip and fall" wanting them to buy me a house. I got REMARKABLY BAD SERVICE THAT COULD HAVE(luckily it didn't) KILLED ME!! I wanted them to make it right. That is all. I didn't ask for ANYTHING. I would have settled for just my out of pocket but, the video showed the guy torquing the lugs so, NOTHING. They claim NO FAULT AND I AM OUT ALMOST $1200!?! Needless to say, I am in the process of suing them now. If you mess up to the degree they did, SOMEBODY has to make it right. Especially when all that is being asked is what it cost me to repair YOUR BAD SERVICE!!

The parking lot has more than adequate parking the store is very well organized by category and easy to find your selections. Even though you do have to deposit a quarter for a cart here a lot of times people and do the good pay it forward move and leave a cart free for you to use hoping that you will do the right thing and pay it forward in the future. yes the selections can be small and you will not find a bunch of the brands that used to seeing at some of the big box stores but the money you save shopping at this location will more than make up for the lack of brands this place is perfect if you are trying to pick out certain grocery items regardless of what brand they are I will continue to shop here and gratefully pay a quarter to use the card and I will definitely be happy to bag my own groceries here

The meat is affordable, the work area is extremely clean and they such a great variety of fresh meat. It feels like you're rewinding 30 years and going back to an old school deli. I have tried the hamburger mixed with bacon and cheddar, the cheddar brats and the ham salad. Whoa that ham salad it's not your cheap typical processed ham salad. From the freezer case I have also purchased the prepared lasagna they make in small individual servings that you can just pop in the oven yourself and it was great. There's such a cool variety of breaded mushrooms, hot wings and stuffed chicken breasts in the frozen section and things that you could take home for special occasions, parties or just when you want some special items that you typically won't find in a "normal" grocery store in bulk quantity. They also have freezer packs for set pricing where you can go in and buy a certain number of steaks, pork chops, pounds of fresh sausage or pounds of hamburger altogether in a package brown sack that you can just take home and stick in your freezer. I've also started purchasing gift cards here for family members and they always called to tell me thanks at least more than once because it's such a special experience.
