This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

We found out there was a lot of mold growing and it was impacting our air quality and worried us about our young child's health growing up around mold like that. We liked that the company is locally owned and operated, the owner came out quickly and worked around our schedule (great communication the entire time), and provided us cost estimate options so we could pick the level of service we wanted. The work was completed on time as promised and we instantly saw a huge benefit of better air quality, decreased AC bill, and they went above and beyond to help fix a few squeaky floor boards by helping reattach some floor supports that came loose over time. They came right away and worked with our schedule so the work could be done meeting our travel and without disruption to our daily lives. I think the greatest part of this experience was how personal the service was. Reese, the owner, even personally came back a few months after the work was complete to check and make sure everything was still in place, nothing was missed, and even helped us identify a leak we previously had no idea about. They did a fantastic job and a firm we really liked working with. I wish everyone who provided home services were as honest, hard working, personable, and professional as Crawlspace Cowboys.
