My sister in law had a VERY bad experience here. She was lied to and it cost her over $2000. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

I was very hesitant since the yelp reviews were really bad, but all the trailers I saw elsewhere were horrible. If you buy from them I would highly recommend the tire warranty and checking all the locks and knobs before you leave. The door lock came off when I tried to open it before we left and checked everything. They fixed it on the spot and provided a new key, but image if we drove it home and found out... I would recommend them and the process went rather smoothly.

Shitty customer after sale service:…read more I purchased a $26,000 trailer from WOW Cargo Trailers about 2 1/2 years ago. I am the original owner and have all of my sales receipts and proof of ownership. Unfortunately, I lost the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin/MSO and needed help getting a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer directly in Mexico and was given the direct U.S. cell phone number for the correct person who could issue a replacement MSO. I was told all WOW needed to do was make one phone call to confirm/authorize it, and the manufacturer would issue the replacement without issue. Instead, WOW refused to help because of an apparent "six-month policy" for lost MSOs. If you lose your MSO after six months, they basically tell you that you are on your own, even when you are the original owner, have proof of purchase, and the manufacturer is ready and willing to issue a replacement with one simple phone call from WOW. The customer service has been terrible. I called numerous times over 13 days, excluding the weekend, and was repeatedly assured someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. I spoke with several different employees, and not one person mentioned this six-month policy until I finally spoke with "Michael." He told me the policy is the policy, refused to let me speak with anyone above him, and said, "That's not how it works." That is an extremely poor way to treat a customer after the sale, especially someone who spent $26,000 with your company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with WOW Cargo Trailers. Once they have your money, do not expect meaningful help if you run into a title/MSO issue later.

I drove down early this morning, and Juli, Don, Tyler, and sales manager Mike were awesome to work with. They handled the entire process with professionalism and courtesy. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours and back in Atlanta that afternoon. I truly appreciate their help and wanted to give them the praise they deserve. If you're in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins!

Avoid Lowe Toyota Service Department at All Costs - Warner Robins, GA…read more If we could give zero stars, We would. Brad Boone recently had his 2013 Toyota Tundra towed to Lowe Toyota's service department after experiencing starting issues. He had already replaced the neutral safety switch himself (with input from actual mechanics), but it clearly needed to be adjusted or reinstalled correctly. We told the service advisor, Gina (#1548), exactly what was done and exactly what we wanted/needed: check the switch, adjust it, and if needed, replace the computer stent. Gina said they'd perform a diagnostic for $140. Fine. Less than an hour later, she called back and said it "had nothing to do with the neutral safety switch"... but also said it did need a slight adjustment (so... which is it?). Then she dropped a $1,400 starter replacement quote on us. She claimed the truck was immobile and had to be "pushed into a spot"--so we arranged another tow to get it out of their shady hands. Here's where things get insulting: when we arrived to meet the tow truck, the Tundra started perfectly. No delay. No struggle. Just started right up. Gina never bothered to mention that the truck was now driveable. She just let us think it was dead. Why? Because they were hoping we'd blindly authorize a $1,400 starter replacement we didn't need. We drove straight to Advance Auto Parts. Had a real diagnostic run on the spot. Guess what code popped up? The neutral safety switch. That's it. No starter issues. No mysterious "mechanic-only" codes. Just exactly what we suspected in the first place. The fact that Lowe Toyota tried to upsell a totally unnecessary repair, misrepresented the status of the vehicle, and failed to communicate basic facts is unethical at best and fraudulent at worst. This kind of dishonesty is why people don't trust dealership service departments. Save yourself the stress, money, and insult--take your car somewhere honest. Lowe Toyota is definitely not it.
