By far the worst cust service ever . If you live out of state DO NOT BUY from them . They will charge more than what was promised take your money and ignore your phone calls . I called for a week straight and could not get ahold of a manager. When the secretary answered I heard in the background the manager tell her to say he was in a meeting after she gave him my name . So i called from the time they opened till close and she kept saying they were in a meeting 2 days in a row . I never once cussed or yelled at any of their employees or managers. I just wanted answeres and to get my trailer fixed since it was dropped off damaged. To top it off when I moved my trailer in the driveway the red reflector that was only sticky taped on had falling off meaning they didn't clean the surface properly , the left led light had a broken screw on the top which has now pulled away from the trailer , the door hinge was bent like it was kicked in and also the caulking they used is not mold resistant. Poor quality over top off poor cust service as well as a F rating with the BBB , 1.4 yelp rating !!BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Please read all the comments left behind on the BBB and you'll see I'm not the only one they have done this with . They legally cannot sell in other states unless they have their dealers liscence in that state . Check with your MVDB dept and find out but in VA under they need to have a dealers liscence under ($ 46.2-1992.6. Licenses required It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business in the Commonwealth as a trailer dealer, salesperson manufacturer, factory branch, distributor, distributor branch, or factory or distributor representative, without first obtaining a license as provided in this chapter. ) legally they violated law here in VA and it has been reported to the MVDP. (motor vehicle department board) and my attorney is looking into reporting them to the consumer relations for failure to adhere to the original contract which we agreed to via txt messages and i will be askimg my lawyer bout the lemon laws since i was giving a trailer that was poorly made and they are not answeringto phone to get it repaired . In 2011 I purchased a 2009 Chevy Impala. At the time of sale the dealer told me that in order for Ally Bank to approve my loan it was required by the bank to purchase an extended warranty that would cover anything that went wrong with the car and provide me a rental to drive while in shop. I was told this was to protect the bank as well as me . This cost me an extra 2060$. I was also told that this would cover me for the life of my loan. Well he we are 2 years later and they won't hold up their end of the contract in fine print its only 24000 miles and come to find out NOT required by the bank! Watch out for these scammers !!!! My friend, who has previously worked at a auto dealership, was called in for an interview. She was told that she had the position and that they just wanted to meet her before she would be hire. She was not given the position because when she looks forward one of her eyes is slightly off center. It's barely noticeable. She received word later that the manager Ton Jones was even making jokes and insulting her behind her back because of it. The level of unprofessionalism in this situation is mind blowing. They have shown having a lack of morals. Do not go here because if they were willing to treat my friend this poorly I am positive that they will not treat you, the customer, well either. read more

Woody Butts d/b/a WOW Cargo Trailer is not a company that I could recommend. I recently bought a trailer from them and it was not a pleasant experience for the following reasons. 1. Sale people did not understand their product and how to order. 2. They falsely gave the impression that they were the builder, then wrote the order to another company after the deal was made. Three days later they shifted the order to a second company so they could get it cheaper. 3. The unit was completed twenty one days later than agreed. 4. The salesman I dealt with was fired, the manager, Trent Dykes took over the sale but refused to come to the phone after delivery and other problems. When I did corner Dykes, he continually made promises he apparently could not keep! 5. When the trailer was finally ready the invoice price was six hundred dollars more than agreed. They blamed it on the fired sales person. Trent Dykes, however had several weeks to complete the invoice and finalize the balance before delivery, but did not because he did not want to answer my questions. 6. The trailer was significantly different than the vehicle ordered. Instead of a Diamond, it was a South Geogia Cargo. I was shown a smooth side metal, interior and received a lessor product. The inside height was supposed to be seven feet and it was six and a half. Numerous lessor quality issues were accepted because of time constraints. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am buying a second trailer this fall, but will be buying from someone else. read more
