I called for a week straight and could not get ahold of a manager. When the secretary answered I heard in the background the manager tell her to say he was in a meeting after she gave him my name . So i called from the time they opened till close and she kept saying they were in a meeting 2 days in a row . I never once cussed or yelled at any of their employees or managers. I just wanted answeres and to get my trailer fixed since it was dropped off damaged. To top it off when I moved my trailer in the driveway the red reflector that was only sticky taped on had falling off meaning they didn't clean the surface properly , the left led light had a broken screw on the top which has now pulled away from the trailer , the door hinge was bent like it was kicked in and also the caulking they used is not mold resistant. Poor quality over top off poor cust service as well as a F rating with the BBB , 1.4 yelp rating !!BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Please read all the comments left behind on the BBB and you'll see I'm not the only one they have done this with . They legally cannot sell in other states unless they have their dealers liscence in that state . Check with your MVDB dept and find out but in VA under they need to have a dealers liscence under ($ 46.2-1992.6. Licenses required It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business in the Commonwealth as a trailer dealer, salesperson manufacturer, factory branch, distributor, distributor branch, or factory or distributor representative, without first obtaining a license as provided in this chapter. ) legally they violated law here in VA and it has been reported to the MVDP. (motor vehicle department board) and my attorney is looking into reporting them to the consumer relations for failure to adhere to the original contract which we agreed to via txt messages and i will be askimg my lawyer bout the lemon laws since i was giving a trailer that was poorly made and they are not answeringto phone to get it repaired . All they had to do was pick up the phone and all this would have been avoided. We're gonna make sure they don't screw someone else over again .

We were recommended Dublin Auto by a friend after our car's engine died. We were told to ask for TJ…read moreand he'd take care of us and boy did he! He let us take our time picking the car we needed, talked us through all of the processes; even allowed several test drives; and let us look through the car's mechanics as much as we felt we needed. Everyone was very friendly while we were there and the down payment was very fair. TJ explained all of our paperwork and let us ask any questions before we signed the dotted line. About a week after we signed the papers we were about to head out of town when the transmission went out. We called him and he said to take it to one of his mechanics. We slowly got it there and they started to do their scans and look through the systems. We had to leave the car with them due to our scheduling, but TJ made sure we knew everything that was happening with the car. They were able to find a new transmission that worked and we were able to pick up the car and take it back with us. At one point we did fall behind on a few payments, and TJ was very understanding with the situation just a very kind person all around, we've never had that dealing with other car lots. And before we knew it we made our final payment on the car! It didn't even take a year! The car is still running amazingly and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this business to anyone and we would probably go back for another car as well! Thank you TJ and Dublin Auto for everything!
