Every man must own a tailored suit at some point in life. I began my research for a good tailor a couple of months ago and I turned to social media for assistance. Woody Wilson didn't have a lot of reviews on yelp, but once I cross referenced other social media sites and videos I felt it was worth a try. My initial call was answered by Mr. Wilson's scheduler and he was able to get me a fitting appointment fairly quickly. The guy on the phone was actually very effective, because of all the companies I called he made the best impression. I have a busy schedule, so it was great and especially respectful that Mr. Wilson was on time. The fitting appointment went smoothly. I returned a couple of weeks later for my 2nd fitting. I didn't know what to expect and I was bothered by how crazy things looked. I just didn't know any better but Woody reassured me that the stitching and extra material would eventually come off but was a part of the process at that stage. He offered suggestions but most importantly paid attention to my concerns. His customer service skills are top notch. He was very attentive and picked up on nonverbal cues to ensure that I remained a satisfied customer. Today was the day I picked up the finished product - a 3 piece suit and a shirt - and I am now a proud owner of my very first bespoke suit. All is can say is, BRAVO! After today, I have decided to never put on an off-the-rack suit ever again. I was actually considering a trip to Savile Row, but I was able to get the same quality at home for much cheaper.
