I hadn't heard of the shop before visiting, and we went because there was a sale. They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on. The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September. He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details. He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. I visited during Christmas/ New Years time; therefore, they were offering hot chocolate and cookies. Hot chocolate was a nice gesture and perfect touch for the cold weather. For value, I would say bags and clothing items are expensive, but worth it. Since quality is better and worth the price. The energy was immediately cold and unwelcoming, like we were being sized up the second we walked through the door. Nil, the CSR, was dismissive & refused to serve us. Instead of a luxury shopping experience, it felt uncomfortable and honestly a bit demeaning. No greeting, no effort to assist--just an unmistakable vibe that we didn't "belong." For a brand that prides itself on timeless elegance and hospitality, this location completely missed the mark. Rodeo Drive has no shortage of high-end stores that actually know how to treat people with basic respect. I'd recommend spending your time (and money) elsewhere.
