Oh. My. God. To say that this is the best Junkyard is an complete understatement. I literally come here multiple times a week as I have a large free spot in alot of my days, I'm somewhat nearby, and I love junkyards. AMAZING customer service, GREAT selection of cars, and pricing is absolutely on point. I have never had a bad experience here, and have never heard anyone upset or complaining about them. Because I don't want my review to go unseen, just know a lot of profanity is originally used to describe my brief experience here. Key factors to why I'm pissed is 1. I have no car 2. It's 30 degrees out and was snowing all day Now I had called off work to get up and running again and get a used ac compressor. I called twice and they confirmed they had what I needed. They said they wouldn't pull it until I showed up in person and paid and then would have to wait an hour. My ride dropped me off, I paid, then 10 minutes go by and they come over to me saying sorry the inventory was wrong. we don't have the part. What kind of asshole shit is that!!!! By then my ride was long gone and with a dead phone I was S.O.L. My time and day was completely wasted and the ugly f$@&! Didn't even bother to see where i could get the part I needed. If you choose to do business with these f&*#@ get a real confirmation that your part is on site before wasting your time. read more

I called ahead 15 minutes before closing to let them know I needed one bolt that would take 30 seconds to remove and that I would be there right before closing. They turned me away refused to help me. I told them it was terrible customer service, and they responded by telling me I was a terrible customer by not getting there earlier. I was totally shocked. I've never seen such terrible customer service out of any company ever. Extreme disregard for someone in need. I explained it was for my daughters car and that she needed a car the following day and that it would take 30 seconds to grab the one bolt so she have a warm car to drive on a day that was supposed to be -10°. read more

Good prices on parts, although they quoted me 3 different prices - one on the phone with my mechanic, once when I went in and another when I came out. Not sure why. I also wanted to buy a fan I found in a trunk and the lady at the counter said $3, but then she told the other guy working to "keep it for ourselves," after I plugged it in to test it. To tell me a price and then decide not to sell it after I pull out my credit card is pretty unprofessional. At first I thought she was joking, but she was serious. Have fun with your little oscillating fan guys, I'll just get my parts somewhere else. read more

Woody's is a very good wrecking yard with good to excellent prices and free access, no dollar or two for admission {they tried it a few years ago and abandoned that bad policy}. There is usually a good inventory of 1985-2005 era cars trucks and vans. The yard is a bit muddy but not the worst. They actually start closing Fifteen minutes before the published closing time, so 4:45 pm on 5:00 pm days and 2:45 pm on 3:00 pm days. The cars are not usually propped up so you will have a challenge if you need a part that is low on the car such as an oil pan, steering components, or anything near the bottom of the car. I highly recommend this yard, no 5 star because it is a bit dirty and therefore challenging for parts near car bottom, otherwise this is a B+/A- lot, A to A+ for anything inside the car or on top part of engine if you like to pull your parts yourself and get good prices. read more

First and foremost this is the most unprofessional salvage yard I've ever dealt with. The female "manager" is rude and very ignorant to customers. Then when you have a big part pulled whoever they have pulling it doesn't check to make sure it's a working part and the also break parts that are needed to install. Then one person will tell you that if the part doesn't work properly you can get your cash back only to be told when having to take the part back that there are no refunds only exchanges or if by chance you do get a refund it will be in a check form to where if you have no bank account, you lose money cashing the check. Woody's use to be a great place to get used parts and the staff use to be pleasant but I can't say that anymore. I won't be returning to them and I'm going to let my friends know as well read more

They have 12 acres and there's no way you could pull a part from a car (that you don't even know if they have or not or the location of) in 30 secs or you should be working the pit at Nascar. No business would let you enter to shop 2 minutes prior to closing! I have been a customer for many years and have always gotten excellent service....but then again I have never walked in as they are locking the doors :) read more

Called this morning, they had 3 parts for my son's honda, showed up around lunch time, was given a piece of paper with 2 honda car numbers on it to go find out in the lot, he said they both have the parts I was looking for. (Although I wanted them to pull the parts for me, the guy helping me was ready to take my money for the parts and I could come back next week to get them- but the girl working next to him said not to charge me for the parts until I walked out in the lot and found the parts I wanted - obviously she knew better than he did...and I learned the hard way!) The first car number I found after walking what seemed like a half mile, and it was the right color, but it had NONE of the parts I was seeking. Then I preceded to walk around the entire "Import car" lot and could not find the other car number for another black honda. So I trudged all the way back into the building and told the guy I couldn't find one of the cars, and the one I did find had no parts! He said both cars should be in the same area,....well, as much as I was sure I didn't overlook any cars while I was out there, I decided to go look again. This time I looked at every single car, every single honda, even if they weren't black in color, I still looked, and NOTHING! After trudging all the way back to the building that stunk of exhaust fumes, I told the guy that the honda doesn't exist, there is absolutely no honda out there in that lot with that car number, ....only to have him respond, "Oh, they must have crushed it!" You have got to be F@$% Kidding me! What a bunch of unorganized, BS way of doing business! I didn't call in advance or drive 25 minutes each way or expect to be sent on a F@$% wild goose chase out in the GD lot on a freezing cold day to leave with absolutely nothing! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EITHER! HOW COULD THEY BE SO DISORGANIZED AND NOT EVEN SEEM TO GIVE A $HIT, WOW! So, an old man in the parking lot who was also leaving with extreme frustration said he had been coming there for years, and that it was so much more organized and ran better before "the old man died and his son took over the business". He shared with me his story of a wasted trip there, too! (The best and only good thing that came from it was I was referred to the CCAP next door, where they have a real professional business operating with helpful staff, and they had one of the parts I needed, so I didn't drive home completely empty-handed. I work for an auto repair garage and I call Woody's almost everyday looking for parts. They have a very helpful front desk staff. Their prices are about the cheapest in town. They have a big selection of parts and have the cars arranged by make so finding parts is pretty easy and will pull the parts for me if I don't have the time to pull them myself and they have no entry fee into the yard. I have bought several parts from them and will continue giving them my business. read more

They did not have a Tow Truck - it has been in the repair shop for 3 weeks. They continued to try to string me along for Tuesday pickup. Still not able to come.
