This towing company deserves all the praise! We needed a tow service while our Tesla ran out of…read morerange in Ukiah. Our insurance company was being so difficult so we ended up calling this company directly. The representative who answered the phone was so helpful and even gave us some tips on dealing with our insurance company. We had already been stranded for about an hour in 100 degree weather with 3 kids in the middle of no where. The representative sent someone out right away with waters for all of us and said they'd send out the bigger truck so we could all fit in for the ride. Our driver Daniel arrived and we were on our way. As we arrived at the Tesla charging station, we discovered the car was so dead we couldn't even open the doors or get it to start charging. Daniel stayed out there with my husband for what had to be about an hour and a half trying to help him figure it out. He allowed my kids and I to stay in the tow truck with the AC. Daniel had to call another truck out to help and all was resolved. I am very grateful for how quickly they got to us, how understanding they were, and how patient they were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us on what was such a stressful day!

The machine looked as if it was working well and had a sign that said a dollar-fifty for the air and since the gas station is located so far away from the air pump and we were in a hurry, my dad didn't bother to go inside and ask and payed the one-fifty. It then proceeded to not work at all so my father went inside to ask what was wrong. The cashier then told him that it was broken and when my dad asked for a refund he yelled at my dad for him to get out and was incredibly disrespectful and rude. This man is making money off of this machine everyday as it is summer and lots of cars are in need of air in their tires. If I could give 0 stars I would to this rip off of a busines.
