He was very flexible and fit in an estimate the next day at a time outside of his normal schedule. He was able to do an estimate without me being on site but was also willing to stay in case my husband or I had any questions for him. I haven't completely decided whether I would use his services to fix the fence but it the estimate sounded reasonable and he was able to understand my needs/wants instead of trying to sell me something completely out of budget.

His crew did the job in one day. My fence is still over 20 years old, but it is functionally new again. Bad boards replaced, broken posts replaced, everything tightened up. And it looks--by my standards--better than new. Like an antique table that is deliberately "distressed" to give it a little character without lowering its utility. Paid him $600 in cash for a rushed hour of work. A few days later all the "repair" he had done was worse than the original cracks. The piles of dried stucco were everywhere. Grass. On wood. Deck. A disaster. See photos. Now won't return to repair his shoddy work. Won't return phone calls. He is a scammer. Beware.

When I originally spoke to them, we worked up a rough draft with all the measurements and important details necessary for a quote. It was done on scrap paper and I assumed something more professional would be worked up by the boss. At that moment, Alex was not at the shop so I was told to expect a call later that Monday. I handed him my business card and listed their business on Yelp with hopes that this professional relationship would work out. No call came Monday, nor Tuesday or Wednesday or even Thursday. Last Friday I phoned them yet no one answered. My voicemail stated the details of my order and simply requested that they phone me back and tell me if they are or aren't interested in my order. No callback all Friday or Saturday and now I'm a week closer to putting my late January installation in Jeopardy. So I arrived at their shop before close tonight, and surprise...they couldn't find my information. Pile after pile and drawer after drawer of endless scraps of paper were quickly shuffled through before having to start over. Now keep in mind that this office has more Psalms and Bible Scripture excerpts than photos of their work... This incompetent dolt started hammering away at his calculator and came up with a number that he didn't try hard enough to hide from me. He then said "that's with delivery and installation, right?" I told him no. My company will pick it up and build a wall around it so there's no conflict. Back to the calculator he went...presenting me with the same exact number as before. This was beyond disrespectful and insulting. It was representative of how this "shade tree" operation could have fouled things at later and more critical moments. Consider yourselves warned!

Read the reviews, even had a friend of a friend recommend them. Picked them. The good: Chris gave a good sales pitch; thorough, process and product well explained, yada. Also did a good job showing us how different shades and sheens looked on our floor. We were able to stay in the house because we had an in and out without crossing the flooring so we watched the day by day. Looked good throughout and when finished at first - the refinished floors looked awesome. Now, I am a little picky and we spent a lot of money on this. The bad: Attention to detail on the finished product. There are drip spots around the finished product. TTW told me those are permanent, the application mop drips during the process. So they look line drops of water on the floor. The original ¼ round was finished with 45 degree angles at open ends like around doorways, that was a nicer finish, when they replaced the ¼ round they chopped those at 90 degrees. When I asked about that they looked at me like I just stepped out of an alien spacecraft. The bad: Back to the ¼ round - they nailed in across my double French doors out to my lanai so we couldn't open the doors. I called times to get them to come out and fix that. 5 to the office, 2 of those were answered by a lady who said she'd pass along that message. 3 of those I left messages. The guy that referred TTW to me told the owner. Still no call back to me. Some guy just randomly showed up unannounced - yanked up that piece of ¼ round. We asked for a piece of finished threshold (they did this on our front door) and the guy said he would go back to the shop and try and find a piece that would match. Also, they replaced several boards and a couple of those are now no longer firmly glued down. Someone else wrote a review on this same thing. I Never heard from them again. Several calls to the office and owner's cell. Crickets. Zero, terrible non-existent post job customer service. Take The Money And Run

It was a large project, and start to finish probably took three months. There was quite a bit of time spent getting floors chosen, contracts written, ordering the floors and waiting for them to arrive. Once the product landed, it only took about 2-3 weeks for the installation, and then several more weeks while we got the stairs refinished. All along the way, the owner of the Company Chris was very involved, and his right hand person Dennis was extremely patient during the contracting process. Their office is professional and never pressed us for money, but told us in advance what we owed and when. They knew they were one part of a larger renovation, and showed us a lot of respect. It was a pleasure working with them. Their crews are outstanding and I enjoyed having them come to our house. They always let us know what was going to be done, when we were approaching milestones, and despite warnings to the contrary from others, we never had to move out of our home or use offsite storage. They handled our furniture as if was their own and if we needed touch ups or the like, they never pushed back. Everything was taken care of as promised. They honor their commitments and take pride in what they do. We are really proud of how nice the floors look, and while they were paid a lot, they earned everything. I highly recommend them and as many of us enjoy using locally owned companies I wanted to get this review done promptly. They seem to take very good care of their employees. Our crew leader Paul did a fantastic job and has a lot of experience. That says a lot when you learn people have worked for the company for 15-20 years.
