I love this groomer and this is the only place I take my baby girl to be groomed. They are very kind and calming to her even though she has separation anxiety and they do a great job grooming her. They also take beautiful photos of her and send them to me. They even went above and beyond the last time and included my son in the photographs. The only downside is that they do book out for appointments and it is pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend this groomer! read more

This is a wonderful, family owned groomer ! We have been taking our pup here for over 2 years and he LOVES it. This is a miracle because he usually hates bathes, but he loves his visits to Woof!. He runs right in and is so happy to see everyone on the staff. The prices are fair and they really love their puppy clients, you can tell from the way they treat them and handle them. We decided to take our dogs to Woof! after many years of another groomer. One, it's closer to our house and two, we were recommended by neighbors who also have goldendoodles. We've now brought our 2 goldendoodles here twice and loved the service we received each time. The dogs look and smell great and they seem to get the dogs in and out much faster than the previous groomer we used. Woof! is more expensive than what we had been paying, but you get what you pay for. They also have a great selection of dog products available for purchase as well. read more

He does a good job. I just think he was disappointed I wanted all of her hair cut off for summer. They do a good job. Full grooming is currently $50.00. a bath is $25.00. It's reasonable. Grooming includes anal glands, nail cutting, hair and she always leaves with a bandanna. He also takes their photo and puts it on Facebook, on the Woof page. Her Christmas photo was spectacular. They have a cute boutique style dog store with snacks, toys, etc. and they have plenty of parking. I had called ahead of time to setup an appointment for a full groom, when I got there I was told the appointment was just for a bath with the ears and nails done, I didn't want to make a fuss so I just went with it. They told me it would be 3 and a half hours of a wait, I thought that was odd but again didn't want to make a fuss and had errands to do so it seemed to work out. I then got a call 40 minutes later letting me know my dog was done in 20 minutes with no other info. Had to leave my car wash early and when I got there they said they only washed her because she wouldn't let them cut her nails. At this point I was very annoyed and asked if they'd refund some of what I already paid (which I paid before they told me what was done) and they said no they don't do discounts. I will never come here again and don't recommend this place to anyone else. Business seems to be lacking with communication and service was disappointing. My dog isn't a German shepherd and the point was none of this was explained to me over the phone just letting me know my dog was ready. read more

I had my sibling bring my Alaskan malamute to get groomed , it's Florida her coat is about 5-6 inches long she's always panting because of how hot she is, also she can barely walk because of her nails. I sent her here because I wanted her coat cut and her nails cut a well. We get a call for pickup they say she looks much better. I go to pick her up and I kid u not THEY CUT MAX A QUARTER OF AN INCH OFF AND DIDNT CUT HER NAILS AND STILL CHARGED ME 115 dollars..... highly angry. U can't even tell she got a hair cut. And the first thing they say is she needs to go on a diet She can't stand. First of all, it's her nails causing her pain , and she has already bin on a diet she is just a wide bodied dog and full of muscle. She is a sled dog (retired) they literally disregarded my complaints and said get her on a diet. 1. Didn't know your a vet because u would of noticed muscle compared to fat. 2. They didn't even cut barely an inch not even off her coat, I brush more fur off her long coat than what they cut off , 3. They didn't cut her long nails, 4. They charged 115 for a drop off and pick up basically. I guess to get a dogs hair cut at this place they must be a small breed or else they will say they need a diet. said I was highly unsatisfied and wanted a refund because nothing was done to my dog and they denied my Request. read more

I called to make an appointment. They've never seen my dogs. I have an 11 lbs mini poodle/Yorkie mix, they quoted $55 for grooming. Not bad. I have a shepherd mix, not a police dog, but more fluffy and medium sized. 60 lbs. They charge $95 for him. I asked if they would evaluate the dogs when they see them. Nope. The lady kept saying "we charge $30 for baths and $55 for baths for the big dog" My bigger/medium sized dog is 12 years old. I've never spent $95 on his grooming. Ever. Ridiculous and more ridiculous that they wouldn't even consider evaluating them having not seen them in person or the work they would entail. Too bad too, we live close, we tip well, and we have four family dogs. Lost my business. read more
