It took over 45 min of continuous calling MyEyeDr to finally get them to fax it over to Walmart, their excuse why it took so long was that they were having trouble faxing it. What a lame excuse! I feel they intentionally did not give me the correct contact prescription & making me wait for it to be faxed for over 45 min was because they were angry I wasn't buying the contacts from them. Buyer beware they are more interested in money than they're interested in pleasing their customers! Walmart had WAY cheaper prices in contacts & glasses! I will not be going back to them next year for an eye exam.

I'm 63 years old and he gave me the most thorough and professional eye exam I've EVER had. BUT!!! The reason I am leaving a poor review is that my eye exam was 7 weeks ago to the day and I STILL do not have my glasses. I was promised them the week after my exam. I find this wait time unacceptable and I will not be going back.
