First, let me begin by saying that this review is long overdue. I hired Wooley's Gutter Service a couple of years ago to install gutters on my mother's home in Encinitas. They provided 5 star service and beat the competition by far on price. I do have to say though that I would have hired them even if they hadn't been the lowest. I thoroughly read their reviews and liked what I read. So when I purchased a home in Rancho Santa Fe, I didn't even check with any other company. I called Josh with Wooley's. Navy Veteran Josh Woolley(owner) arrived to look at replacing downspouts on my 3-story home(a difficult job). He said he could do it without scaffolds. No other gutter company would bid on the job. His very professional crew fabricated and replaced my rusted downspouts in about 8 hours. The finished product looks fantastic, and without the extra expense of having to rent scaffolds. Josh was doing gutters on the house across the street from me and I asked him for a business card. He gave me one and then proceeded to give me a full estimate for my house in about 5 minutes. We scheduled for the next weekend and he did my whole house while I was at work. Everything was done exactly how we discussed and for the price quoted. A 10 foot section of galvanized steel rain gutter rusted out and during rainy weather it leaked and splashed water under my sliding glass door causing the hardwood floor to buckle. I called a rain gutter company and gave them dimensions and pictures. They said they would have to have the gutter specially made in a sheet metal shop and that it would be expensive and in the end they refused to do the work. Same thing happened when I called another rain gutter company. By this time many weeks had gone by because I waited for them to get back to me and they were slow to respond. So in desperation, I tried again, this time with Josh Woolley Rain Gutter and much to my surprise he said we can do that for you. His worker made up the gutter out of galvanized steel at a sheet metal shop and it was made perfectly. Next it was installed perfectly and the price for the work was very reasonable.
