The bingsoo was delicious and not too sweet, loaded with fresh strawberries and a big cheesecake wedge. It's especially great for a hot summer day. The portion size was good to share between two people. The toast was yummy but does have a sweeter taste profile due to the honey drizzle on top. Overall a great experience! We'll definitely be coming back!

I think we went on a day where they might've been short a few people, but we did wait over an hour for our order. From my observations there is a process for the tacos. They have to mold the ice cream in, then keep it in the freezer for a few minutes for it to hold its shape, and customize it after. While she was responsive, it was a frustrating element while planning for an event. I even tried calling the store multiple times, which was never answered, and the voicemail suggests not to leave a message because it's rarely checked. (The store doesn't open until 5:45pm) There is no way to talk to a live person. While we ended up using the pickup option, I was surprised to be told that they do not sell or supply dry ice, even though it is listed on their website that it is used for deliveries. Everyone at my event loved the ice cream tacos, but I was disappointed that was such a hassle to set up.

However, I can see some people wanting it to be a bit more tame. Still, I enjoyed the cool treat and the cone was a perfect amount for me.
