PARKING: decent parking, it's around other places so it is in a lot but if it is a busy time it would be pretty hard to try and get a space. PLACE: fairly big, but not too big, would have to combine a few chairs and tables to accommodate to bigger parties, the sauces and everything are already on the table, so are the dishes as well. FOOD: We got the ultra, Tom Yum Tonkotsu & Shiro Miso Soymilk - Tom Yum tasted really good and it paired well with the meat, the Shiro Miso just tasted more like miso soup than actual soy milk mixed in. American Wagyu & Black Angus Beef Toro - I feel like the American Wagyu was a little too fatty for my liking, or it could be the other way around lol, I kind of don't remember which one was which but one had amazing marbling that melted in your mouth. We also got lychee beer, which was super good, didn't even taste like beer. We had like 3 glasses which is funny because we aren't drinkers but it was so delicious. I recommend any of their fruity beers. Edamame - don't really recommend, comes cold and some pieces were not really good.

I've been to this location a few times and it's usually a pretty pleasant time but recently the…read moreservice and broth quality has taken a bit of a turn. We came in with a party of six for dinner on a Monday evening when the restaurant was relatively quiet, with only a few other tables occupied. We asked if it would be possible to combine tables so our group could order multiple broths and enjoy the meal together because sharing one pot for a party of 6 gets a little crowded, but the request was denied despite there appearing to be plenty of available space. As the meal progressed, our broth became extremely cloudy and thick from cooking. We politely asked if we could receive a fresh pot of the same broth--not a different broth, just a new pot so we could continue enjoying our meal. Unfortunately, this request was also denied. The broth flavoring was also underwhelming and started to taste the same after our first refill. What made the experience disappointing was the lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, especially during a slow service period. Customer service and hospitality are an important part of the dining experience, and we left feeling that our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.

She kept saying 2 plates, but her English was very difficult to understand, however she was super sweet and nice. At the end we just did what other people were doing. Okay so the way it works if it's to go order, you can get 1 bowl for meat and veggies and another for noodles. On the other side you add sauces, then ending with cooks cooking it. You do have to tell them if you taking to go. Price if it's to go you pay by weight so be careful with noodles if you don't want pay that much. It's close to $16/lb. Actually not that bad for a plate. The place has decent amounts of tables and chairs and doesn't feel too crowded. Although place does need some updating decor or something just looks very old inside. Anyhow, those small places are the places have the best foods Overall, definitely come back I ended up talking to the owner he was very attentive and friendly. He also apologized for not being at the front when we arrived to actually walk us through process.

Paul, the owner, is very attentive, making sure you understand the process of making a BIG bowl of Mongolian BBQ, that you're enjoying the food, and to ensure you save some room for ice cream! Now, this ice cream isn't just some random soft serve, I think they invest in really good cream to make it. All I can say is that Su's is a great find and deserves to shine!

The atmosphere is impressive enough to make you want to some money. Judging by how packed the restaurant was, nobody else seemed worried either. They must be doing something right. The food was outstanding and matched by equally excellent service. Every dish was high quality and beautifully prepared. Of course, I may be a little biased because I didn't have to pay. Food always tastes even better when someone else picks up the bill. My only disappointment was the restroom. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a little more luxury. There wasn't the urinal ice I've seen at some high-end restaurants, and there were no extra amenities like floss picks, mouthwash, or premium paper towels. One thing to know before you go: they don't accept same-day reservations, so plan ahead. If you're looking to impress someone--whether it's a date, client, or family member--this is the place. Just be prepared... your wallet may not recover as quickly as your taste buds.

Menu was a bit confusing, we weren't sure which item to pick to be able to cook at table. Ended up getting bowls of rice, veggies, and meat. Everything tasted really good, but for a place called "10 Butchers" we were expecting more meat. I would guess that maybe there was as max 2 ounces of meat. Service was great, I'm a sucker for the marketing on the silverware pouch and napkin, and our meal was topped off with a free mini ice cream. It was the perfect amount. Really the only disappointment was the meat portion. I'm not kidding, 2 ounces is being generous.

You can also order various appetizers, rice dishes, bowls, noodles, and stews. In comparison to 10 Butchers, both offer high-quality meats that are cooked for you by your server. For differences: Baekjeong has more of a casual club/bar vibe whereas 10 Butchers has more fancy dinner vibes; 10 Butchers offers even higher-grade meat options (like wagyu); the restaurants also have different non-meat entree options with 10 Butchers being slightly more traditional and Baekjong being a bit more modern in their offerings. Although walk-ins are available, I highly recommend making reservations online in advance (via Resy) unless you're willing to wait a few hours to eat. TLDR; I really enjoyed Baekjeong, especially the combo sets that allow you to try more meat options even with smaller parties but remember that it's still not a cheap meal option. ORDER: - Banchan - a variety of side dishes that you get for free - Beef Combo - Small ($91) - Thinly sliced brisket, marinated boneless short rib, ribeye or boneless short rib. Combos also come with your choice of soybean or kimchi stew. - Pork Jowl ($36) - Seafood Pancake ($18) - Ccool Citron ($14) - Citron Soju, Yu-Ja Citron Honey, Lemon, Lime, Agave Nectar - Better Than Somaek ($14) - Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Kloud Beer All orders seem to come with cheese corn and this cooked egg thing (similar to an omelette but it's cooked over fire as well).
