Woops is located in the Cherry Hill mall, between Nordstrom and Macys. It's a small kiosk that has all the beautiful macaroons displayed in their glass case. They offer a variety of flavors - all the classics like chocolate, Nutella, vanilla, etc - as well as some more unique flavors like pink lemonade or lavender. The cookies themselves are delicious. Went here recently for a birthday gift of macarons. Purchased the small pyramid which included approximately 30 different flavors of macarons I'm glad I went to this location, because the owners of this kiosk located in the CH Mall were awesome!! The provided great customer service and was helpful to decorate the pyramid to be presented as a nicely wrapped gift. This was a great surprise for my wife and she loved all the different flavors. Was shopping with my boyfriend at the Cherry Hill mall and came across the Woops! Kiosk. The girl behind the Kiosk looked like she didn't want to be there, no personality at all. Wonderful customer service! Alexandra went above and beyond to correct an issue that I encountered due to poor customer service from an order that I made from Woops! corporate business. The corporate business double-charged me for an order and did nothing to remedy the situation. Even though this was an issue caused by the corporate office, Alexandra took matters into her own hands and made things right for me. The macarons are delicious and fresh! I got red velvet, coconut, pistachio, strawberry milkshake, nutella, and passion fruit. Hubby try the red velvet and fell instantly in love with it, have swore to buy a box for himself next time. As for the rest, I do enjoy them. My only complaint is that these macaroons are on the sweeter side. It is not something I can eat more than one at a time. read more

The fillings were all so creamy and every flavor was so distinct. The macarons practically melt in your mouth. I drove from Pennsylvania to find macarons for my sisters birthday. I purchased a box of 18 for her because I couldn't eliminate flavors in good conscience, so we did 1 of everything, 2 seasonals and one wild card. When I arrived to pick up my order I couldn't resist trying a box of 12 and 2 crembellos for myself and little sister. So pleased with everything and my sister seriously approved of these (she can be quite particular). My only regret was not buying more for myself to share! If I could give a negative star rating I would. Customer service was absolutely horrendous every time I go into cherry hill I stop at the vendor to purchase it became a tradition for myself and my family. As we were leaving today we stopped by to purchase. My family and I approached the counter and I said "hey how are you?" We proceeded to wait since the guy behind the counter was on his phone with his air pods in as if there wasn't a customer. I said "can I order?" again no response before I had to say the same thing again a little louder. I began to place my order only for him to cut me off and say we only sell by boxes and I said ok that's fine and proceeded to order again where of course he cuts me off once more and says what size box. At this point I'm already annoyed with the service and the way he was treating customers especially with the fact that he was paying more attention to his cellphone thn his job. Honestly I should have walked away without giving the company my service because of how terrible the experience was. Definitely am going to reconsider giving me service as often as I have been. For starters I'm obsessed with their flavors and how accurate they are. My favorite is the Rose and my dads favorite is the strawberry. I also got a 6 pack box - I've been dying to try these and couldn't wait until tomorrow . OMG!! they are amazing! The Rose, Coconut and Blueberry Cheesecake were my favorites. SO delicious. The Rose has a delicate rose flavor - so unique. Coconut was spot on. The Blueberry Cheesecake tasted so much like a fresh blueberry cheesecake. I'm so impressed with Woops. These macaroons have been the Best tasting macaroons we've had in a very long time! The owner was extremely nice even though the website says online orders do not accumulate points she actually called me back after reaching out to me and she added the online order to my points reward system! They have great pick up times and you can even get same day delivery! Only downfall the website gives you coupon codes that do not work! That's a bummer, waiting to hear back to see if they'll refund me the discount or fix the problem to make the codes work. You can sign up for newsletters and there is a welcome code that does work for $5 off so check it out! read more

I have had their french macaroons, 12 flavors so far, and their Alfajores. They have all been perfect. The macaron cookie is smooth and baked perfectly. The savory filling causes my mouth to water (as I write). Together this delicacy is amazing. I have traveled for work, and i can sincerely say these are the best I have ever eaten anywhere. I tried the rose flavor macaron. It was way too light in flavor...underwhelming to the point I couldn't taste the wonderful rose flavor one would expect. As if that weren't bad enough, the cookies were very stale and had a putrid scent and flavor to them. I couldn't finish one! Oh, and did I mention the service is bad?
