Long story, long. Aisha got my face SNATCHED!!! It took time, money and discipline. This is not Chick-fil-a. I had a series of Collagen Pen treatments, peels, Dermablading, and more, and of course the right products for MY SKIN (not a one size fit all counter product). I say ALL of this to say, you're a DAMN fool if you don't try her or think she doesn't know her stuff. This is her craft, expertise and can do it in her sleep. Larry does fabulous pedicures and foot massages. I don't care for gel and my regular manicures last as long as gel ones I have had in other places. He makes me a latte and I feel cared for and relaxed! I was surprised to see people mention turnover as Larry told me he had been there for many years. My dad and I have a tradition of getting pedicures in nice places together. While he is in town for Christmas this is where I will be treating him. He plays golf in Europe a lot (walking-no carts) and is always ready to have his blisters soothed after 36 holes a day. I am looking for a new hair stylist and will probably try GDS for that as I have had such a good experience with Larry and the staff there.

It's been a month now and I still have discoloration, bruising and browned skin with blisters. Liz was nice at first - warning me when she would use more painful laser wavelengths to penetrate deeper - but then she said "I want to see your pain tolerance and see what your skin can handle" Liz blistered me. The appointment stopped soon as she hurt me. She zapped large veins that I did not ask to be treated - it was incredibly painful and I could feel my vein rupture. I went to a board certified dermatologist and they confirmed I was burned by the laser. Liz should have treated my veins and NOT tried to test my pain threshold. I am now scarred, thanks to Liz.

I had seen her advertising head spas on multiple social media platforms. I purchased the 90 min head spa ($135) & sent my dad to pick up the certificate since I live 7 hours away in Oklahoma. When he went to pick it up, Shea Lynn gave him a business card and said for my mom to just call to set up an appointment and she would make a note of the paid balance. My mom tried for months to make an appointment, even going into her business and was told she wasn't there. She never got a call back after several attempts to call and text Shea Lynn. Finally, in November, I messaged her on facebook telling her that if she was not going to fulfill the service I paid for I would appreciate a refund as I am in veterinary school and don't have the extra money to throw away if my mom could not actually enjoy her gift. She promptly responded saying that she had called my mom and left a message a couple weeks prior but never heard back. My mom never received said call. She also said that her suite had been having renovations and that's why she had not responded to my mom for months leading up to then. After that, my mom spoke to her on the phone and she said to text when she wanted her appointment to be, as that was the fastest way to reach her. My mom has texted, called, emailed several times since then using the contact information on the business card we were given and has received radio silence in return. I have messaged Shea several times on facebook messenger asking for a refund and she has ignored each one. This has been almost a year of trying to get in touch with a "business professional" and now instead of doing the right thing and refunding the money, she's ghosted me. It's sad that someone that owns their own business so willingly does wrong against those paying for her services. I tried to assume the best out of her and give her an AMPLITUDE of opportunities to make this right and she has done the opposite every time. I highly recommend avoiding doing business or giving your money to this person. I hope that this review can save someone else from making the same mistake as I did by assuming Shea Lynn was truly a professional.
