Not a fan of Worcester, but I'm a HUGE fan of the buffalo chicken pizza at BOPF. Too often, chicken tends to be dry and flavorless when atop pizza. Not here. Each piece was moist and flavorful, accompanied by tangy blue cheese and mild Buffalo sauce. The delicious flavor combo sat on a thin, satisfyingly chewy crust. They would not deliver to me because I was 4 miles away and they said it would take 45 minutes to get there. I Wazed, it was 11 minutes away. They delivered to me multiple times which was fine but they decided they didn't want to do it one night. The guy was rude to me, even though I am a repeat customer. I'm a student at Clark and absolutely love this place. The location is convenient and the food is amazing, especially given the cost...plus they accept the Clark Cash Card. You can't go wrong with the plain pizza, but the buffalo chicken is my favorite along with the buffalo chicken salad. Chicken is high quality and i didn't find any suspect pieces. My first shot at the Worcester Pizza Factory. My Garmin GPS Recommended them. I ordered a small Meatball Pizza and small 20oz Diet Coke for delivery. The pizza was a thin crust and the sauce was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. Fast delivery also. Give them a try. You will be glad you did. Exellent prices as well. read more

Although I like the food the delivery drivers are always an issue. They refuse to get out and ring the bell. I always have food delivered from other places and they have no problem getting out of the car and ringing the buzzer and coming in. read more

I signed up for Yelp just to give this review. I just ordered the $14.95 + tip appetizer combo for delivery. Cold mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce that must have just come out of the refrigerator, no dipping sauces for the chicken tenders, and no sour cream for the quesadilla. This was my third time ordering from this place and the first two times weren't much better. Not sure if I'm going to try this place again. read more

used to come to this place all the time last 2 times i went to pick up a steak bomb sub( very good by the way) one of the workers was literally sleeping standing up looked like he was high on heroin coudldnt even keep his eyes open the first time i figured he was tired second time obviously somthing is up not somewhere i would take my children again so sad the foods wonderful read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. I just ordered Steak Tips with rice and it came with 4 little pieces of steak. The rice tasted and smelled old. The steak tips tasted like lemon. I am sitting here praying to GOD that I do not get sick. Good pizza, subs and apps! Finally had the chance to order for delivery when I was staying close by since they don't deliver to my side of the city. I have ordered from here a few times food is good but has the potential to be great. Pizza is often times overly greasy (I'm not a fan of a grease soaked box. Combo platter is large and could be two meals the only bad part about it is the chicken fingers are so over breaded its like 60% breading to 40%chicken . Friendly staff and delivery drivers as well. This place has been very good from what I've seen so far. Food is good, establishment is friendly, people are friendly and I don't really have many complaints. They do need someone to run the counter seeing as the cooks are running the counter and the person working the kitchen shouldn't be working the front as well. As a cook, there's a reason why you work back there and not up front. Sometimes you come across as a jerk when in all reality you're just trying to do your job and ring at the same time. ordered from here on monday and it took two hours for our food to be delivered. we ordered the food at 4 and a few minutes later we were called back to confirm the address and make sure we "wanted the food still". then an hour goes by and we still do not have the food. we had a missed call from them and we tried to call back MANY times but no answer. when our call was finally accepted around 5 the person on the other line had attitude and told us he called us three times and when we didn't answer he STOPPED THE ORDER?? we said we want the food and we were told the food would be done in 15 minutes. almost an hour goes by and we call back to ask where the food is and they said the order JUST left. mind you it is a 5 minute drive. maybe ten minutes later we get the food delivered and the deliver guy is very nice and we just explain what happened a bit. but when we open the food, we were missing something we ordered and payed for. we call back and the deliverer brings us our missing food. nice delivery guy but other than that horrible customer service and took waaaay too long to deliver. read more
