None of that got done. Called Mark, who dispatched same two guys - who came in with a cavalier attitude. Said my painters were in their way as why they missed windows. Then, when I pointed out dirty fingerprints on screen frames, untouched window housing, he said, oh, we don't do that part. It would have been easier for them to do the entire window rather than avoiding the parts they DON'T do. Simply ridiculous. The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again.
