Called Daves gutter, he came out gave an estimate and i explained i have a problem with an inside corner over my front door. He took a deposit and said he could fix it. $400 Deposit. Guttrr truck came and i gave him another $700 for supplies. Next day he couldnt get the gutters to line up, he was yelling and screaming thats the best he could do. I told him that was not right he needed to fix it. He took the gutter supplies i just paid for and said he was done. Left guttrrs on house with 2 screws holding them up. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! This was more than a wonderful experience. If you are shopping for gutters---an unexciting and painful experience--- do yourself a favor and stop here. Here's why: From the first time I spoke on the phone, Dave was different. He is such a genuinely nice guy-- professional, polite, considerate. He showed up when he promised, and was very, very thorough in investigating the existing gutters and house. Dave did an outstanding job of describing the alternatives on the market to replacing gutters. He provided excellent ideas for altering the design of the existing gutters and adding a downspout. He also provided an incredibly unique system for eliminating leaves and debris in the gutters that was amazing. With it installed today, I tried it out, and it was laughingly simple and amazing and it lacks the flaws of secondary aluminum or vinyl, screens, covers, etc. It just rocks! Dave will not only strike you as being the most thorough, nice, and professional tradesman you have ever worked with, but the most honest. He was very willing to work with us on this "unexpected expense" and was very creative in making it fit the budget. He came up with multiple options for attacking the problem at hand and even offered to install the gutters in several stages to make it feasible. But based on his bid, we did it all at once---he was really fair and competitive. His crew was equally polite, professional, hardworking, and detailed. Frankly, we were overwhelmed at every point of contact we had with each of the team. Outstanding. An amazing installation, I had neighbors all scratching their heads at how well they cleaned up (you could not tell from anywhere that old gutters and flashing had been pulled down and seamless oversized aluminum gutters had been installed), and how wonderful the new gutters and downspouts looked! I had a 2nd story gutter come off and hanging half way down in the middle of winter. I called Dave on a Friday night, he came out on Saturday to look at the problem and gave us a couple of options and prices. Dave is a good guy that cares about doing a good job. He offers reasonable pricing. This was difficult to find as there are many screwballs out there. He didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed. There were no up charges or change orders. He installed gutters on a house with none. The gutters fixed my basement wetness issues. They look nice and are thick enough to last. He put the metal gutter mesh covers on that resemble the style rated highly by consumer reports. Good price, timely, professional and respectful! I got three estimates from three gutter companies including Dave and his price was the lowest and he was the only one who did not try to get me to spend money on other gutter and down spout we were not planning on doing. He is one man working company but most of other companies are not. I think that is why his price was the lowest amongst three. His work comes with 10year warranty as well which I feel very secure with. It was such pleasant experience working with him and now I have my gutter guy that I can call if I need help next time. Don't use his gutter guards, they shoot water of edge of gutter. Also was installed flat not at angle, debris lays on them. Dave never reruns phone calls, text or voice mail. The roofers I had damaged the gutter guards recently now the shoot water our at corners and gutters leak at 2 corner seams a lot water at my foundation. Since this damage I wanted to hire him to repair. He won't contact me. He's riding on his previous good reputation which in my opinion sucks now read more

Called again on the following Tues and talked about an estimate for the whole house new gutters and a estimate for just the rear of the home.
