Took my partner in to er high fever cough and trouble breathing for 3 months now …read more The emergency room dr Mr p. told us he's just an emergency room doctor he doest't solve problems with patients, he said he just keeps people alive . Which should be concerning to all civilians who come in and get treated at this so called " better quality facility" . They took xray the dr. told me he didn't see anything in his Xray. Well we received his results online from memorial and it stated Hazy bilateral pulmonary reticular interstitial opacities, which are nonspecific but may be seen with interstitial pneumonia in the appropriate clinical setting. On his discharge paperwork they diagnosed him with acute bronchitis only because I told them he's had bronchitis several times this year. So basically it was a waste of time going there . If doctors don't have any answers then who do we go to for answers? I guess we are all better off researching ourselves on Google. All these so called "superior " hospitals are supposed to give better patient care than the other hospitals but apparently they are all the same except you pay more out of pocket for this type of healthcare.

Firstly, the nurses are so sweet, so attentive, and made me feel so welcomed. I'm saying this from someone who did unfortunately have a traumatic c section experience (not the doctors fault, just circumstances). Although all the nurses were amazing I would like to recognize two amazing nurses who really made me feel seen and advocated for me, Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tabitha ( I hope that's how I spell their names). I will definitely always remember them and we're definitely the highlight of my experience. I'd hopefully like to nominate them for a daisy award. I'd also like to give a shout out to how clean the facility felt even the bathrooms.. I didn't have that same experience with my last delivery at another location .The food was decent, I wasn't really hungry during my visit but according to my vistors who did try the food they said it was pretty good. Overall I rate my experience 10/10. Thank you Kaiser Modesto L&D for turning this traumatic birth experience into something that ended up being amazing.

Unfortunately even the front desk cant even call or pounces the name properly. This is fun what kind of service are they running. Please bless all the patient who have low quality will suffer here. I told the lady, Stephanie, that is long wait since I've been struggling to breathe. This rude, inconsiderate lady has the nerve to say "that is more legwork for me" and to say "that's a pretty quick appointment". I have been struggling to breathe, and I've been waking up at 4 am struggling to grasp for air. This inconsiderate lady told me some real BS about "breathing from my mouth" and that it is "survival mode". To end it off, she also said, "There's always the emergency room." This life-threatening medical condition causes my nose to be inflamed; no type of breathing mask will help me breathe better. Please improve your bedside manner with your patients; this is completely unacceptable.

The office has gotten better recently. At first, it took up to an hour on hold to leave a message. Calls are returned by a nurse. One particular nurse has been consistently rude, condescending and not helpful. I hung up on her once after telling her she wasn't helpful. She called back and still wouldn't help. I asked to speak with Elizabeth directly. She called and took care of my refill request. The hold times have been much better lately. I heard one staff talking to another recently, talking about "You know how our patients are!" I was offended, maybe because I'm not the typical Medí-cal patient, but didn't say anything. Most staff are friendly. It would really help if there was a way to communicate electronically between appointments to ask questions and provide updates. I see mostly negative reviews of this clinic and my FNP. I'm basically satisfied with my care. Wasn't sure at first about Elizabeth, but I've come to appreciate her.

We couldn't get our primary to send him to a cardiologist. After we left Kaiser, and went to sutter, his cardiologist found an abnormality at the bottom of his heart and needs to do a heart cath! Possible heart surgery looming!! Thank god we left Kaiser! I had a spot in my head which my primary said was dandruff. After leaving Kaiser and being referred to a dermatologist, they found it to be pre cancerous. Shame on Kaiser! They should be closed down.

They have a tendency to talk loud on top of laughing very loud. It's nice everyone gets along and they enjoy their jobs, however it's unprofessional. The waiting room is always too loud with two TVs on. Add inconsiderate patients using their phones on speaker or watching videos loudly. Plus children running around and playing. Very overstimulating and frustrating to have to sit there.

Worse, the complication was reported at the front desk (felon) and charted as a swollen sore finger. I stated I was at risk of sepsis. Ignored. Doctors Medical Center simply does not have an emergency room after hours. The center experiences a deadly Metamorphosis. Arbitrary... Thumbs up/thumbs down care at the will and pleasure of staff on duty. Thank God for the "always-on" Memorial Hospital Staff swiftly repairing the damage and saving the digit.
