This club is under new ownership and I must say this place has turned completely around. Everything works, there's always staff during staffed hours, it's cleaned multiple times a day! And great smiles when you walk in. read more

Time of Day: Varies Location: Shares a parking lot with restaurants, dentist office and small businesses. That has not posed as an issue so far. Equipment: Maintained quite well and everywhere you look there's a spray bottle and microfiber cloth to wipe down after or before use. I have not witnessed broken machines in the 3 months I've been visiting. Con: I wish the floor space didn't have to be shared with Personal Training AND a rowing machine AND mats AND the TRX contraption AND this other futuristic machine I haven't touched. I actually love this gym and its employees. The issue is where it's located. Parking is a total cluster f@&$! They need to make an arrangement for assigned parking or the management of the complex needs to get police out there during the lunch and dinner hours because with the food places in the complex it's a disaster. I have been coming to this little gym for a few years now the only complains, I have is I wish it was a bigger and offer a few classes but I can't complain it's way cheaper than most gym membership. There's always a parking space for you although they do share a parking lot but a nail salon it dentist office and 2 restaurants. The employees at this location and the trainers are very nice you can ask them anything and they be happy to help you out. They are very welcoming every time I go in there always smiling and welcoming you. They have a few more location around atlanta I can't speak on them because I never went to any one of them. Ahh yes, it's January and it's THAT time of year, the time when everyone flocks to the gym. Haha. I'm one of those January gym rats too but I'm desperately hoping that next month this time I'm still going strong . To be honest, I was dreading arriving for my first workout session at WorkOut Anytime for many reasons, mainly due to bad experiences at gyms in the past. They were all overcrowded, filled with pretentious and judgmental people, pushy employees and you could never find a machine! So far, I've been loving WA because there hasn't been any of that! I've only visited three time so far but I like what Ive seen. WA is extremely convenient. Their main draw is that you can workout...anytime as long as you have your card, just scan it at the door and you're in. WA is extra convenient for me--it's literally down the street from my house. It has a very intimate feel, in fact the entire place is very small. Still, it has everything needed for a great workout with rows of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and all the weight machines you could ever need. The machines all work, the gym is always clean and the employees don't breathe down your throat or bother you. I had a horrible experience at a gym in the past where the personal trainers would basically try to shame or bully you into hiring them by telling you that you were using machines incorrectly etc. Although I've seen several trainers working with clients and walking around the gym here, none of them have bothered me and that's just the way I like it. WA is currently running a very reasonable special this month that includes a $15 a month membership, a $32 annual fee and only a $1 registration fee. Membership also includes one free session with a trainer but I passed on that since I don't plan on using a trainer in the future. What I'm not a big fan of is that any guests you bring along have to pay $5 per session but they can only workout during staffing hours which is only until early evening which is a little inconvenient. Went there at about 6:30pm and knocked on the door because I wasn't a member and was thinking about signing up. The club manager is playing Xbox while I'm standing there knocking and calling the number on the door. He eventually gets up, looks at me, and then sits back down. Had to wait for someone to come out to go inside. He didn't stop me to help at all. Just kept his headphones on and ignored me. Wouldn't recommend read more

The staff here have been very interested and supportive in my health and wellness. Plenty of machine availability during times I went. I did find that there was a very strong rubbery gym smell. One day I experienced a feeling of nausea upon entry. This odor is certainly not restricted to this gym only. Wondering if the rubbery smell is safe. Better ventilation may be key in gyms period. read more

Came in for a trial pass and the lady with short hair, that works in the mornings, was extremely rude, argumentative and acted like she was too good to help me. She ended up charging me 10 bucks to try out the gym for a day and it was the worlds smallest gym. I could build a bigger and better gym out of my little closet. Where do I start? When I first joined it was online, when I went inside the gym I noticed 2 of the 6 televisions were on fox. Wait where am I Cobb county? Why would you have fox on inside a black gym? I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it's black owned and that was one of the main reasons for joining. Little did I know of the dripping water from the ceiling falling on you as you try to work out or the horrible customer service. After 3 years trying to support I can't do it anymore this gym has finally broke me. Congrats your gym has the dubious distinction of being the gym with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 30 years of working out. It starts at the top with the pathetic owners who can't seem to return a timely email. The inability to have an informative constructive conversation with your customers is so I'm doing you a favor type S I'm amazed by their terrible business acumen. The company has failed with this at every turn! Even at the end when I canceled my membership I requested a simple reply about gym cancellation when the official access date would end etc. all the things that must be discussed when canceling a service. All the owners had to do was send me a simple email. Nothing ever came no confirmation of the information. Customers are not worth the seconds it would take! Instead their lame A allowed me to go to that dirty, decrepit gym only to find out my access has been removed. The horrible customer service is why I'm leaving this crappy gym. To make it worse they are trying to rip me off of $15.00.measly dollars! They cancelEd my access but you still charged me on July 27th. Do you understand the fact that you're a forward charging company not an accounts payable 30 , 60 etc?! it's clear I should have had access until Aug 27th. I used to be a member of "Club LA Fitness" on Camp Creek. I love the more intimate atmosphere of Workout Anytime, everyone there is serious about working out rather than socializing and the staff is outstanding. It's also nice to go in and not see any "out of order" signs on the equipment. read more

People please make sure you get a paper copy of what you are signing. Don't initial or sign anything on the computer until you see fine print. If you add any additional friends and or family then you are automatically enrolling in a 12mo membership in which you have to buy out at $99.00. All I got from the rep was "oh this is just basically saying you will be paying an additional fee for friends and family" while on the computer. I take responsibility for not reading it throughly but beware and learn from my mistake. Btw, you have to go through a two part process in order to cancel membership. You first have to show up in person and then email the customer care link. read more
