Open when I need it (24 hours), close to home and I have made many friends here. Been a member for 2 1/2 years buying full year at a time and getting a BOGO! Management and staff do a great job at keeping everything functional and clean. Did I mention clean? They are always cleaning. The people you meet here are always happy to help you do your workout correctly. I love that. Wish it had sauna instead of hydro- bed or tanning beds But I'm happy here. I honestly don't know if I would go here if you paid me. The young lady woman at the front desk was not helpful. Customer service oriented, or friendly at all seemed like she was not interested in being there at all and downright rude. Needless to say not a sales person. This gym is owned by an online financial company, it's a freakin scam! I only found out because I had to cancel my membership and it was nearly impossible to do. You have to register more info and login to their website which hardly works. I called to try and just do it over the phone since the website wouldn't work properly and they prompted me to mail in a letter to "request" a cancellation. I have been to many gyms in my life and this is the worst I have ever experienced. The flowery branch location is horrible! The manager is very rude . she is rude to employees and customers in front of other customers. One of the many times she was rude to my family I told her I was going to contact the corporate office about the way she talks to customers and she said "oh go ahead, I am part owner??" Maybe she is part owner because I could not imagine an owner allowing an employee like this to manage their gym! Not only is the manager rude to us many times , we cancelled our membership and they continue to bill us and sent my kids to collection agencies??? We have tried to cancel membership ( they say no contract) and they try to continue to charge you even if you cancel membership. And they will turn you into collection agency and mess up your credit even if you follow all appropriate steps and good luck discussing with manager, she is a useless! Read many comments below, many people continue to be charged and mess up credit no matter what they do to cancel. If you live in flowery branch area DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM, Body Plex is down street and it is super clean , nicer gym in general a lot more equipment and employees so nice / excellent customer service! My husband and I bit the bullet.... and began the hunt for a gym in December, 2017. After visiting 4 gyms, we chose Workout Anytime Flowery Branch for the following reasons: 1) Tammie Kocjan's positive attitude (she's the manager ya'll) 2) the cleanliness, upkeep/maintenance of equipment and 3) the bright/upbeat atmosphere of the entire gym Eleven months later we continue to visit for an hour 5 to 6 days a week. I doubt we'd have made it this long without the positive vibe of this gym and its staff. read more

Workout Anytime in Flowery Branch not only provides the best value as far as gyms in the area go, but the customer service is above and beyond. I came here coming off of an amazingly horrible experience with a certain chain in Buford that screwed me out of money, time, and sanity and WAFB and its staff quickly proved that not all gyms are created equal. The general manager, Justin I believe, is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. I'm no longer able to workout due to health issues that came up shortly after signing up, but I'd recommend anyone in the area to sign up here over any of the other local gyms without doubt or hesitation. My husband and I are looking for membership to a gym for ourselves and our family (5 people total). Based on a referral of a current member of this gym we decided to stop in and get some info regarding membership details. We took advantage of the holiday because my husband works in property management so he doesn't get many days off. We stood at the desk and I noticed a woman standing on a machine, that was not in motion, staring at us but she didn't say anything so I just smiled (she didn't return the smile). My husband, in his eagerness, walked forward to get a look at the equipment and the same lady that was watching said "we're not open to non-members today." I looked at her and she said today is a holiday and we aren't open to non members. I responded by saying can we have some info and she interjected and said "you can come back tomorrow." Based on this experience I will not be bringing my family back into this establishment. I've never walked into a gym and been made to feel so unwelcomed or as if I was invading on private territory that I was trespassing in. People working out looked at us and smiled and said hello which surpassed the service given by this woman by MILES. Not a pamphlet, no website information, no apologetic tone, no courtesy given to keep or hold onto someone who has walked into your establishment with interest in spending their money. Working in the medical industry for years I am well aware that when people are seeking ways to improve their health there may be vulnerabilities tied to that action. It is imperative that that individual is treated with common courtesy. I'm in absolute shock and utter disgust by the lack of customer service. I will take our money elsewhere. read more

I was looking for a gym close to the house and affordable. I like the added bonus of being able to workout on my own schedule. I checked other clubs and found Workout Anytime. I liked Workout Anytime over other 24 Hr Gyms because they didn't require a contract. The facilities were clean and they had multiple locations. The price looked good, too! On the surface, it looked like I found a good deal. I knew up front about the $49 initial fee and the $29 annual fee to guarantee the low rate. What I got hit with was finding out while sitting in the office signing up, that the initial fee for the $15/mo wasn't $49, it was $99. The $49 fee was if you chose the $25/mo plan which included use of Tanning Beds and Hydromassage. The guy who signed me up suggested I go with the $25 dollar plan and after a month, I could downgrade to the lower plan. What he failed to mention was that the contract (for month-to-month) has a stipulation in it that states if you downgrade your membership, you must pay a $49 downgrade fee. This fee nightmare is the basis of the rating. Everything else at the gym is more than I could ask for. They have treadmills, elliptical trainers, some recumbent ellipticals and bicycles, weight machines and free weights. My experience is that this gym is like most other gyms, there isn't very much trustworthiness on the business side, but if you can get past that part of it, it's probably a good deal. For me, personally, I might stick it out until the fall. I can get a better deal through my company for LA Fitness and only pay a few more dollars a month. What I lose in operating hours, I'll gain in better facilities, but I'll miss the reACT! read more

love it. very very close to home so it makes it easy to squeeze a workout in whenever. also very convenient that you can workout at any time considering it's open 24 hours! there is very nice equipment for any kind of workout you're looking to do. the staff is very nice and helpful. there are also very nice extras, such as tanning and hydromassages. read more

The equipment is nice and the staff is friendly, but the pricing is dishonest. I went in today to purchase what I thought would be a $20 one month pass. However, it turns out that they hide charges in things like "enrollment fees, card activation fees, and price guarantees" that a customer cannot back out of. They made it look like a one month pass for $20 would be possible, but its a lie. It would have cost me over $100 to just get two months, which is the minimum because of their policy. MY RECOMMENDATION FOR THE BUSINESS IS TO JUST PRICE THINGS MORE HONESTLY. AND IF IT TURNS OUT THAT YOU HAVE TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS MORE, THEN SO BE IT. DONT HIDE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. read more

I had a month to month membership that i canceled in December. They continued to charge my card even after canceling so i disputed with my credit card. So now they are trying to send it to collections without even contacting me at all. This place is a scam. Stay far away. Unethical and company. read more

My complaint is in regards to what, at the very least comes off, as discrimination based on personal rationale. Last week, I entered WOA Flowery Branch to purchase a two month, paid in full Premium membership in order to utilize the facility's tanning beds. I walked in to welcoming employees who understood my needs and were treating me as any other new member walking into the club. While it was offered to me, for me to come tan for free because of my prior employment: I continued to offer to pay, like any other person, the full amount necessary. The following day, it was brought to my attention that my business was unwanted at the WOA FB club, by word of mouth from current employees. My issues are these: 1) I was coming in as a paying member, it would be completely unacceptable to act as such in any other case. 2) There are multiple other former employees who continue to use the facility and I have yet to receive a legitimate rationale as to why my case is any different. The entire scenario is extremely unprofessional and it is evident it is solely personal, when there is only one individual employee whom there is an apparent issue. I am aware any business maintains the right to decline business to anyone. However, I have yet to receive an explanation or legitimate reason as to why this is the case. There are plenty of other tanning salons in the area, however I came in with the intention to support a business I was familiar with. To be met with the secondary response that I was is disappointing and speaks volumes on the management. read more

Multiple people I know, Including myself, have been charged for months after quitting our memberships, even after we contacted the company each month to take our charges off. They've even tried to charge customers with current memberships twice for multiple months. Employees are arrogant, and if you live in this area, you have an infinite number of better options for a gym. read more

So happy to be done! Poor leadership, locks up equipment paying to use. Says can't use equipment in a certain way, don't "bang weights"! It's a gym! Deadlift 400 and not make noise. Emily is great part time employee, rest are truly employed for paycheck but turnover is abundant due to GM is just clueless. Thinks she is friends with everyone by just smiling and cleaning a machine. Truly doesn't listen to what paying customer wants. Unless her sisters or friends who signed up. Has zero knowledge to fitness and even less to business acumen. Owners are older couple who are pilots and are hands off who need to pay attention more. If want a elderly gym crowd, people who sit on machines or free weight after being on phone for 10 minutes between sets, leadership that doesn't want to deal with people, has poor tv channel selection and an effort to get changed this gym is for you. Found gym 2 miles away, twice the size / options, actual classes, real steel weights, tons of channels and remotes in the cardio and 100 cheaper for same year time period. Anytime Fitness in braselton, huge surprise as not all the same in finding out. Rodney please know your GM is the direct reason this site loses customers! Never should have given her the job after the other multiple GM left. Find someone who knows what they are doing. read more

This gym is ok but the people that work at the front desk are not very friendly. Also this is not a kid friendly gym (well to some people). I have been in this gym many times when there are kids sitting at the front waiting on their parents to finish working out. I have also been in when children ranging in ages from 9-12 are actually in the workout area using the equipment. I don't see a problem with a child sitting by the entrance but when they are on the floor it seems it would be a danger. I was asked to leave when I took my daughter who is 10. She was actually sitting in the chair by the entrance, but I guess it is ok for some people to bring their kids just not others. Depending on who you are depends on how you are treated. They gym is always clean, brand new equipment, great costumer service, the AC is on a good temperature, the colors are great, the price for the gym is very affordable so much better than other gyms nearby. (Anytime Fitness) i like the different equipment they have however it has a lil too much of things that are unnecessary and few of the most common equipment, for example the Barbell Squat Machine, seated calf machine, E-Z bars (there is not a single one) olympic bars (there is only 2, is soo annoying) . yoga mats ( they only have the thick ones,) and the strech out section is very small.. Also there is a lot of minors using the equipment (incorrectly). If you're looking for a cheap, gym this is your option but remember read the things that are missing before you sing up and screw your routine. Unfortunately i didn't notice this things until my second day of working out. I will like for the owners to get the equipment is missing to be a better gym, or maybe they dont workout lol.
